Foggia only wants Lazio and to become an important player here. I really like Foggia, he has been one of my favourite Italian players for a while now and i'm sure, given enough playing time, he will become a huge success!

I too feel as though Pasquale could do well at Lazio if given a fair chance by Rossi and I really hope he gets it this season. He has the potential definitely.

Forza Foggia!!!!

I am also very happy that recently he has been praised by Rossi, also Carizzo has said that he is very impressed with Foggia quality.
Big hopes for him to become the biggest revelation of Lazio. Lets wish...

I can't see him being a first team player unless we go 4-4-2 which Rossi seems to be completely against.

actualy he cant play 4-4-2 lol, he cant defend he can only, and will only play as a forward winger

4-3-3 or 3-4-3 are excellent for him, and with rocchi gone iam 90%sure he will be a starter

Well yesterday Rossi sacrificed a midfielder and was working on this:

Ledesma - Matuzalem as the midfielders

And then:

Pandev --- Foggia
------Zarate------

Looks good.

Maybe too offensive for Serie A but with Dabo instead of Matuzalem then great! It will be interesting to see how the whole midfield and forward line works out when everyone is available. I'm glad we are seeing positives about Foggia so far though!

it is too offensive, but I think Rossi will use such a line up against weak sides.

I think Foggia staying with Lazio is the best deal done during Lotito era.

Foggia's Future Remains Uncertain
Lazio winger Pasquale Foggia could still be on his way out of the club, if reports from Italy are to be believed...

It is still undecided whether the former Cagliari player will stay at Lazio or be sold to one of his suitors before the transfer window closes.

Foggia has played well during the pre-season, satisfying Lazio coach Delio Rossi. However, president Claudio Lotito apparently still wants to get rid of the winger as he does not consider him a vital part of the squad - although Lotito had previously stated that the club would be selling no more players this summer.

It is thought that 2008 UEFA Cup winners Zenit St. Petersburg are interested in acquiring Foggia and could make a bid for the player in the next few days.

Foggia himself claims that he is none the wiser regarding the situation. "WIll I remain at Lazio? I don't know - the club must decide," the former Reggina player told SKY.

"My duty at the moment is to give everything I can to this jersey, then we'll see."

The uncertainty regarding Foggia's transfer (or lack thereof) should be put to rest during the next week or so.

goal.com normally take their stories from another source, so I'm guessing there is an Italian source out there.

But it's Delio who always had the problem with Foggia, so I am confused as to why Lotito would want to get rid of him...

My feeling is Foggia could be sold, but not for the reasons goal.com are citing.

Take it easy guys, he's not going anywhere. I just read some interviews:

http://it.eurosport.yahoo.com/20082008/8/lazio-foggia-mi-aspetto-quest-anno.html

After loan spells with Cagliari and Reggina, Foggia is expecting great things this season with Lazio.

http://it.eurosport.yahoo.com/20082008/44/lazio-foggia-importante-partire-piede-gius.html

"It's important to get off on the right foot" with regards to the Benevento clash.

As long as Rocchi is away Foggia should be one of three attackers. One of two behind a lobely striker or trequartista. He has everything needed to be a starter for us.
