Normaly if bet365 will broadcast we will find something decent. And bet365 isnt illegal so it`s ok to advertise them.

you're right Kurama, when bet365 is broadcasting then other also get a hold of the signal.

And btw, when I woke up I thought was going to be at 3pm, so this has got to be the longest day ever, also this terrible hangover isn't helping

Great start to the new league campaign.

Was tense, but non the less, 3 very important points.

Well, we did suffer a lot in the second half but we won and that's all that matters. I watched mostly the second half and just bits of the first but I didn't like the reurn of selfish Zarate, he was much more of a creator against Elfsborg. We are still missing Ledesma's presence in front of the box terribly. We tend to tire a lot by the end of the games. But I like the spirit of the boys, they seem a lot more serene than last season.

It could have been much more comfortable than it was but we held out and got what we deserved.

for Ballardini. 3 out of 3 for him now and he has managed this without having players like Baronio/Matuzalem/Cruz at full capacity or without relying on the likes of Ledesma/Pandev/De Silvestri/Stendardo etc. It's early days yet but while he keeps winning, he is proving a point.

Hard to know what this club can achieve this season but a lot of outsiders looking in think we are on the rise again and maybe a big season does lie in store for us. I have a renewed faith and a fresh optimism for our Lazio.

Thumbs up for the whole team & coach, after the midweek victory I knew tonight was going to be though.

Atalanta had 2 chances due to Aquafresca, but he showed why he isn't yet ready to be a top striker.

I have faith in this Lazio but we need Ledesma and a new centreback. The tactics didnt work as they needed...fortunately Foggia saved our asses with capitano Rocchi :)

Yeah it was a good start and we did well, we were put under a lot of pressure from their midfield, which is a quality one by the way, and held out. Well taken goal by Rocchi who looked sharp and worked hard at both ends of the pitch. Impressed. Great to get underway with a win, but the results in all the games tonight were close and i think that is telling in how this season will be in the table, tight.

Ballardini is doing a great job considering his squad. Our central defenders (Siviglia and Cribari) continue to have big problems..we really can`t play with them this season. Baronio is ok..i`m glad for him and for his comeback (and this is tx to Ballardini) and i wont cry for Ledesma although he is a better player. If he don`t want to play for Lazio then f.. him.

After this 3 matches i must say that i`m impressed about Mauri`s performance. He really played very good all this matches..don`t know what Ballardini did to him.
Zarate, Rocchi and Muslera are our gold as always ..

Winning the game was sweet by all means but I am slightly cautious about getting overly enthusiastic just yet. After having won the Supercoppa and utterly defeated Elfsborg I really wanted, or expected, us to roll over Atalanta like a bulldozer.

I was hoping for more flamboyant and aggressive performance from our attaccanti. Rocchi had his moments during the first half and of course he scored one magnificent goal. Zarate did not impress me much beyond those few dribbling runs. I saw some highlights of the Elfsborg match and he really played that night as opposed to just trying to score a goal as he did tonight. We lost momentum in the second half and I do not think the substitution of Foggia by Matuzalem improved things in that regard.

In any case, three points is the best possible start for the season. Hats off to Ballardini so far.

good result, im so happy...but still we r not so convincing in our game...we make to many mistakes...i don't know what is still waiting Lotito about buying 2 new players, one center defender (and not mediocre) and one defensive middfielder (AND NOT MEDIOCRE like: Brocchi, Dabo or Baronio)....

We didn't play well, but we won. Winning the first match of the season is always good, so i'm happy with this result.

A nerve wrecking second half, we could have done without all those errors and that bullcrap defending 20m from the goal. Brocchi was a little absent today, but that happens, also we could rue Zarate's selfishness at at least that one occasion when he should have passed to Rocchi.

Still the team overcame a tough obstacle, I must say contrary to 61514's opinion that I expected a really tough game and real calcio without much beauty and flare.

And lastly but most important, thank God almighty or whoever there is to thank for us not signing Acquafresca.

Great result, We won a tough game & grinded out a result. Last season, these were the games we were losing & shaking our heads about. Good effort, Forza Lazio!
