| Another defeat at Olimpico, in the rain and the cold. The worst Lazio of the last 20 years. Our passion betrayed.
Where do we restart from? From something it's not anymore on the pitch, something that's been missing for 5 years in the authority stands. We need to restart from something that stays and will always be only with the fans: Lazialità.
It's the Lazialità that has made today 15,000 people sit and stay silent for five minutes to remember Gabbo, to then, suddenly stand up and call with full voice his name.
It's the Lazialità that has made today 15,000 people chant the old hymn of Aldo Donati as never before, to send him a big hug in his battle for life.
It's the Lazialità that made Lazio fans today cheer for the biancocelesti until the very last minute. The same Lazialità that pushed a group of Belgian Lazio fans, whom I had the great pleasure to meet today in Curva, to come over to watch the biancocelesti.

| i just don't know what to say...so sad. there is no spirit, no creative determination, no more than 1-2 passes...Zarate can't really show his great talent with this group...
i think that there is no more than 6-7 players in the team who r deserving to play for Lazio...we need a miracle to get out from this depression...
and where is that great man called Lotito to come out and tell to the fans and media what is happening and how will bring Lazio to the top...only man with no pride and soul can hide from the fans and media...he is acting like Lazio is just his own private club...

| smelling as first half, solid second half which could bring us a tie if we were lucky ( the goal was lucky tough ).
The important thing is to be able to show this solid performance during whole match. Nothing can save Balla anymore. While we have NT break ( 2 weeks are a good time for manager at least to make difference ), its chance to replace someone with him. I cant say very good candidate for that seat but changing him now seems the only thing we can do. However, there is Lotito fact. Even if he change him, the new one should be good listener of him, one not bothering him so much for anything, simply, another puppet...
Whatever, Forza Lazio | |

| Another day, another game we lost thanks to bad defending and missed chances.
I didn't follow the game very closely, but it seemed overall play wasn't bad. However that's what happens when you can't defend a set piece at all.
And the second goal was in part bad defending, in part a good finish from Pato (in comparison Rocchi had a similar chance but headed wide). Our finishing of attacks was well summed up by the fact that Milan scored themselves.
I believe the team showed character to fight back, just as in the Villarreal game. But again no result, it's just not going our way.
However the main problem probably lies in the defense. There is no leading player, there is no stability, teamwork, confidence. I doubt sacking Ballardini would sort this out, we had similar problems last year.
Don't see a solution now, maybe only after the winter break. But by then we will probably be out of the Europa league and the top 5 in Serie A could be well clear...
What the team needs much now is support, not boos. FORZA LAZIO!

| I can`t praise very much our team in the 2nd half. They played ok, i don`t say no but..that`s because Milan played, they tried to score..they didnt closed down after 2-0 lead. And Lazio is good only when we play on counterattack (remember for example supercup with Inter). We have players for that... but that doesent mean that we did a great 2nd half. If Seedorf and co. would have been back down 2 meters..we would have been fucked. Luckly..they didnt. In this sort of games, Foggia is needed.
How many times do i have to say to Cribari and Mauri to leave this club?
Muslera saved us from a disaster..let`s be honest. He saved 3-4 impossible balls.

Now i am more motivated. More then before. Elmetto e avanti. All togheter. Indeed Paolo, I realized that and the whole Curva appreciated a lot As it was very appreciated the video for Aldo Donati and that "daje Aldo!" on the microphone, his hymn just before the kick off. It's just a pity Lazialità is missing at the top level in this club... Anyway, elmetto e avanti! - drake1900 wrote:

FORZA LAZIO It was my pleasure meeting you guys, I'm always impressed when I see so much passion from the biancocelesti from you leaving so far away from Rome. And having had to bear to travel to Rome just to see that pitiful match, in the rain and in the cold, and then run away to the airport again... it's simply amazing! See you at the derby! p.s. A message for Pieter: apparently in your flag you broke some strange Curva copyright law and there are two "lovely" guys from the Ultras group "Lazio fans" who didn't like that . Can't say I don't feel like that right now. Great to hear all the positive tifosi stories. That helps; a lot. No creativity, no cutting-edge. That simple. Don't think the current league position reflects the quality of our team but as I said pre-season, if we didn't sort out the bad atmosphere and internal problems, avoiding a relegation battle was always going to be tough. It's a very fine line between, 3rd/4th to 16/17th and we are falling quite a bit short of crossing the line. If we look beyond the crisis, I still think there is much to be optimistic about but I guess it's easy to let the negatives blur the positives right now. If I seem optimistic and deluded, it's mainly because I'm neither shocked or appalled. The elements are there but the start of this season was always going to be tough. If we can grind out a few wins in the next couple of months, we will be ok. PS. 2004, Middlesborough, Mimmo Caso. Television coverage of Serie A had been abolished here, was a very rare opportunity to watch my team in action and they played like headless chickens. We have a lot more going for us now than we did then but the last few weeks have brought nothing but flashbacks. Still don't feel it is time to inflict the "Papadopulo effect" on us but the bad times kickstart eras and that's what I'm hoping for.

Bad atmosphere and internal problems? What is that, something esoteric? In case, shall we call the "socks wizard"? We have been saying that the management of this club was amateur-level, that there was not a program, that there was not even an interest in a program, that we were putting our hopes in the hands of the doom every year. For years. For the last four years. We have been insulted and ridiculed for that. We realize that, today, as we are sinking in the table, there are still people who like to put the responsibility of this shame to the fans, to the players and to the manager, without saying a single word on the one who is the true responsible. I'm really impressed. You stay at Laziofever as Tare stays at Lazio. The same.
