Great first week at the club, now his challenge is to sustain this and improve further. Can he do it??? I reckon so.

For me it was enough to see the players hugging after the game. For now, all I care abnout is seeing some team spirit, because if we can bring that forward, we will survive.

i haven't seen the mazch but reading the comments regarding Reja make me smile.

His debut is great, but so was Ballardini's, and while trying not so sound like a ingrate he better pull some more victories very soon otherwise we are still fucked. Hopefully we can push on this momentum and find the necessary harmony in the squad.

agree sile that under balla we have great start(winning super coppa),but even that we win two first game a lot of had a strange feeling about him,to cool,same kind of game no matter against who are we playing(defends against inter,also against atalanta or chievo......)
i liked that reja was active during all game,not just the artist like balla
good luck reja,we dont need pupets anymore,be strong personality for lo and co,and be as the father for the players(pict tells more than 1ooo words)

Balla was never a artist , maybe Reja is... I don't know , but he has to do a lot more to prove if he is suitable for our Lazio...
I just see how people are very excited right now , as I am as well , but there were a lot of people who talked the same for Balla, what good tactician he is and what nice results he had with Palermo , how he is very tough looking with his sun glasses not like the pussy Rossi etc etc., even if I remember there were talks how one day this guy will win the scudetto , especially after his first match with Lazio, but we all saw the end...

A fantastic start to his tenure at Lazio. Hope Mr Reja keeps it up. I liked what I saw against Parma.

i realy cant belive that after one game somebody thoughts that balla can win the scudeto,also after one game nobody think that edy is mourinho or crojf.
all what we need is coach who can save us from relagation,and who will not be a lotito puppet
so thats why a lot of us things that this change could be very possitive

I just found out something interesting about Edy I didn't know about; he has Slovenian decent and is a lifelong friend of Fabio Capello (both played for Spal in the late 1960's).

What else do you call a man who gets a lucky goal in the 8th minute and just decides to sit on that and defend for 80 minutes? I fucking knew it all along that we will not last. 3 substitutions available to change this and all three defensive ones, Mauri for a defensive Hitz, Firmani and Biava coming in and Zarate staying on the bench.

He acted like a fucking coward and we were made to pay because of it.

now I understand....agree with you - coward. this has been our weakness for a long time now. we score a goal and instead of killing the game we chose to defend and we get a goal or two... this shows who is a winner and who a loser !

Not Reja's fault Mauri is a bad finisher. That chance should have been enough to make 2-0.
