Like many, I am incredibly proud of the mammoth effort taken today by everyone who sent off an SMS or e-mail.

I was traveling the length of the country and effectively, my SMS cost me a small fortune since I basically sent it in a foreign country to a foreign country but I have no doubt it was worth it. I'm sure my situation is typical of the forum to an extent as everyone took a small but considerable amount of time to express their thoughts and opinions in the most productive of manners.

(by the way, I hope my message actually delivered )

I think I have been the most vociferous of critics here in recent months and have frequently expressed my disappointment at some of the attitudes and behaviours of individuals in the forum but the slate has been wiped clean today with the effort of everyone.

Special thanks to Paolo, of course, on the time he took to put this in place and for all the time he commits to this forum on our behalf and kudos to the mods also; it is evident they played their part as best they could and I thank all of them for that.

It is a big, big step in the right direction but there is more to be done and I am now confident we will do what we can and as I said in my SMS, we will stand united. Hope my boys at The Offside chipped in too; they are a quiet bunch but they are many and above all, they care.

Hello Lazio & Laziali,



My name is Kris & i am a passionate Lazio supporter from Melbourne, Australia.

Geographically I am one of the furtherest fans from the Olympico, being over 16000 kilometres away.

Even from this 16000 kilometre distance...



I wake up in the early hours of Sunday mornings to hopefully get a stream on the internet to watch my beloved Lazio play. Win, loss or draw, I cheer my club.

I have spent thousands of hours on the the internet, discussing my beloved Lazio with other passionate fans across the globe. We argue, we agree, we always believe.

I have spent hundreds of dollars every year, buying jerseys and other merchandise, so i can, even from this distance display my love for my club. I get abused by Roma fans in the cafes, I share cappucinos with fellow Laziale, I never waiver. I wear my colors, no matter the consequence.

I have scoured youtube and other video sites, to continually watch past footage of glorious moments that have been captured on film. To enrich my knowledge of my club, to turn my blood from red to sky blue.

I have laughed, cried, fought, argued & celebrated with many friends & foes here, about games, issues & situations concerning my club, my beloved Lazio.

I fight everyday emotionally for my club, My beloved Lazio.





The issue that troubles me at the moment with Lazio is this...





That for some reason, My president, Mr Lotito wont show this same fight & passion that i show.

That for some reason, My presidents puppet, Mr Tare wont show this same fight & passion that i show.

That for some reason, My players, who are my soldiers, my warriors, my idols whose names i bear on my beloved sky blue jerseys, wont show this same fight & passion that i show...

That for some reason, The people i mention above, laugh & snigger at my Curva Nord. The same Curva Nord, That for decades has cried, bled & even died for my beloved Lazio.





I ask you, I urge you, I beg you....

To lead this club back to the top.

To make decisions, not in your best interst, but in the best interest of the club.

To put aside personal vendetta's with players.

To put aside personal financial gains.

To fight on the field.





If i can show these qualities from 16000 kilometres away, i can only hope that you can show an even greater love & passion for this club that is within a stone throw away from your feet.



If you cannot do these things, i urge you to leave immediatley, as i will not have my beloved club, a club with 110 years of heroic history, destroyed by your foolish & selfish antics & efforts.



When a man loves something, he loves it for life. I will love my club until the day i die, and even thereafter, i will chant & cheer from the sky blue heavens above. All i ask, is that you too do the same.

As i said in the radio today is not important that all SMS has been "quoted" but the number made the speakers amazed from you all.!

Our aim was to show OUR presence OUR support and we did it!
Is not important if nothing will happen after that but your voice , your message, are now all over and noticed by everyone.
Now this is what is goin on:

1) Il Corriere dello Sport will post an article this Sunday about our invasion
2) Lazialita' in Tv ( Guido de Angelis) will report your mails next monday during the Tv show.
3) All radios in this moment have commented this invasion even if they do not directly receive your messages...

Someone said: why we waste our time for nothing?
My answer is: Something is better then NOTHING!

Funny thing when Julia comes home as I am talking to you in the radio and asks: "Robin, why are you talking italian?"
As I am on air, I got superstressed and I started to point angry against our computerroom where the radioshow is on and as I am finished talking to you guys she walks out with a white face, hearing that I was on. "WHAT THA FUCK ARE YOU DOING ROBIN, YOU ARE TOTALLY CRAZY!"

After the chock she sits down with me and continue to listen and says "hmm I recognize that voice on the radio to whom you were talking to..."
I said:"Yes, you have meet the man."
Julia: "Huuugh??"
Robin: "It's Paolo, from the derby who drank wine with your father."
At the moment Pontus calls and asks about the radioshow...

The impression of Paolo being on the radio having a show and Pontus calling about the show which I was on just minutes ago became too much to handle in one day and she raises up, walks out and says: "This is just too much, first you have talked to Johan for four hours the last two days about Tropicana juice and Lazio, and then I hear you on the radio with Paolo talking about Lazio. Always Lazio. You guys are just too much..."

Two seconds later Johan calls and asks: "Robin, you are crazy. How can I get trough to the radioshow, I want to say something..."

What happened in the show echoed also in other radios. When I came back home and switched on the "Curva Nord Voice" I heard people referring to the unity of Lazio fans abroad!
