| Oddo is saying some good words about his old club, The Biancocelesti. What do you guys think? Mihajlovic said he want's to come back. Mudingayi wish Lazio big luck. Zeman still love us, Favelli hasen't forgot us, and now Oddo whit some kind words. And it's more. Just wondering what you laziali thinks about this? No body thought about us last year. And now when it's going so good for us they keep saying "Lazio is the greatest". I don't like the way some players has left Lazio. And some of them still feel the love for Lazio but only when they play well? Come on? http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/oct13b.htmlLAZIO PER SEMPRE!!! | |

| I loved Oddo when he was here, lets be honest the guy was a captain for a time, he is one of the campioni del mondo but we all know that he couldnt resist Milan's money for ever.
Since the day he left he's been talking of Lazio still. When he played for Milan against Riomma he always had something to say, well I also have something to say. If you like Lazio so much Massimo, you should've stayed.
he took the money and won the CL (deservedly too), but he is a "mercenario" just like Liverani and Behrami etc etc.
I'm happy he won stuff at Milan, but can't forgive him for leaving us.

| many players left lazio for money and it wasn't lotito 's fault. liverani, dabo, oddo, jimenez, etc. (how did we save money in th recent years? cutting some wages).
mudi is different: ha was sold for good cash. favalli wanted a new experience with roberto mancini at inter and the club is very generous with wages.
sereni's issue was different again: he didn't want to help lazio during the terrible years and so argued with the club. on the other hand simone inzaghi helped the club to extend years contract in different financial years so that we payed him less year by year.

| Considering Oddo is a Milan fan I can't blame him for realising his dream. I still think it's good that he follows our team, shows his loyalty. | |

Yes, Oddo said many times that he's a Milan fan, so please dont say that he went because of money. He just scared if he doesnt go, then he will never again have a chance to play for Milan...

| nice from Oddo
it is always easy to pin ex-players as "mercenario", that the way football is since 10 year$, a££ about the mon€y, not like the 70's/80's where players stayed at 1 club for ages
what can a club like Lazio do when teams like Man City will offer 1 gazzilion €uros for Zarate of Pandev ?

He was brought up there...so nothing strange with him wnting to go back. I think it is nice to hear some old lads having good things to say about us since most players seem to complain bout the treatment as soon as they leave us...

| Oddo is a milan fan but after the many wonderful years in Lazio, he's also partial to lazio. I think it's normal for people to behave like this. | |

| I have read several times that Oddo still has Lazio in his heart and follows how the team is progressing which is off course great to know. He was our capitano and always gave it his all when wearing the Biancocelesti colours so I deeply thank Massimo for that. He was my favourite Lazio player for like 2 years along with Zauri but he is a Milan fan and when the chance came for him to go join his beloved boy hood team I can not really blame him for wanting to go. I read somewhere that he said his child supports Lazio even when they play Milan so that is great to hear too. The way he left was sad and harsh for the club considering they raised him into one of the best right backs in the world at the time he left for Milan, but at least Lazio got a reasonable amount for him and received full ownership of Pasquale Foggia and we all know how that has worked out for us now - the boy is a terrific player and plays with determination and love for Lazio so looking at it that way it was a good deal.
Favalli will always be one of my favourite all time football players and in my heart, and when he left I was so sad. After spending 12 years with the Biancocelesti I thought for sure he was going to retire in Rome with our great club but he left to try a new adventure with a good team in Inter. I respected the way he left us and believe he holds good thoughts and memories of his successful time at Lazio so I hold absolutely no grudges or regrets with how Giuseppe left and wished him the best of luck in his new adventures. He won some trophies there and later at Milan where he is now so that is nice to see as he is a worthy champion deserving of footballing honours.
Mudingayi is also a player in recent seasons who has left us who I still regard highly and was real sad to see go in the mercato. Although he did not play all the time when he did there was no doubt in anyone's mind that he does not give it his all for Lazio. He was a monster in Lazio colours and played well every time he was given a chance by Delio Rossi. Out of all the players that left Lazio in the last mercato (such as Behrami and Zauri) I was most upset about his departure and did not want him to leave at all, even though Zauri was my favourite Lazio player in the past 2 seasons. I know Lotito got a good deal for Gaby from Bologna - especially so as he got him for free from Torino 3 seasons ago but I really wanted him to stay in Rome and wish he was still at Lazio.
I do not have much to say about how Cesar, Liverani and Jimenez left us, or even Dabo first time around, but when they did play with us they did give it their all so for that I dearly thank them and appreciate their on field efforts, but its just a shame how one day they completely decide to leave Lazio as they think they are too good and deserve to be at a bigger club. Well look at them now. Their careers have not really improved, in fact have dropped. Cesar had a few very good games at Inter and that was it. Loaned out twice and nothing really after that. Jimenez too had a good run at Inter but now that Mourinho is there it seems as though he is not getting much game time with the Nerazzurri. Liverani had a good first season at Fiorentina though but his second was not as impressive and was thrown off to Palermo where I do not know how he is doing now - but they are having a good season for now. Dabo never really got into it in England at Manchester City and had the Joey Barton incident before resigning with Lazio at the beginning of this year.
Do you all remember Massimo Bonanni? He was with Lazio for half a season in 2006 I think and played some good matches. He was a ex-Roma Primavera youth team member but was sold off to Vicenza I think. He played well with us in the few matches he got, and showed he really loved playing for Lazio. I thought Lotito would extend his loan or buy him but he did not. He was a player that I wanted to stay with the club.
