Lazio web tv?

I was reading an article about a potential new sponsor deal today on la lazio siamo noi and came across this:

La società sta definendo un accordo-quadro per cedere i diritti di immagine: si stanno definendo le ultime clausole. Sul piatto della bilancia ci sono 42 milioni di euro che entreranno nelle casse della società nei prossimi sei anni. Ancora lontana l’intesa per il main sponsor da mettere sulle maglie, si continua a lavorare sul progetto della web-tv.

the last sentence mentions something about them 'working on the web-tv project'.

Has anyone heard of this? Are they planning a web tv similar to milan channel etc or actually a channel where we would be able to see live games?

Live games is probably not an option as the costs for this is very high and more or less it would be impossible for an official web-page-tv to purchase these rights as no company that has the rights now would sell them...I would guess it deals with a channel focusing on interviews and other interesting material related to Lazio, but not Live broadcasting...
