| During the derby I went to the Irish Pub on the via del boschetto which in typical fashion, is great fun if you speak english. irish bars always seem to be busy and surprisingly most of the guys who worked there were irish who are usually good fun! This one was showing all english football if your interested in that as well
La licata on the opposite side of the road is also good fun and sells match tickets for reasonalbe prices (ie not a rip-off) | |

| Another Irish bar on via Leonina called Finnegan's is a real good spot!!! Spent practically all day on Sunday there.They show English and Italian football,just ask and they'll put it on.Really nice staff(the young lady to be exact  ),friendly punters,all in all a bloody good bar.Got talking to a couple of gordies one of which I met back in April after the derby,he told me about this bar.Even met a Scottish geezer,Celtic & roma fan,was taking the mick out of him asking him how many trophies roma won this year?All in good nature of course.Even the local Italians that drank there were real friendly.Highly recommend this bar. Word of warning though,dont drink Harp strong all day!!!I vaguely remember staggering back to my hotel that night. | |
