I am sad, Conn has left the buliding?!!

Conn and I have been good friends through Laziofever for a while now. We're both avid rowers and football players...besides the obvious (Lazio Fans). I think everyone should have the right to write their thoughts, but in the end, we're all mature adults and Conn, Jump and Paolo will have to work their differences. I wish nothing but the best for both Conn and Jump.

Conn, don't be a stranger.

I have nothing against anyone of these guys presence in our forum.

Jump is one of the eldest Laziali around, he's been following them at a very young age, I respect his opinion, but the way he words his discussions seems to be provocative, I don't know if its intentional or just finding it hard to put his opinion in english. We cant doubt his lazialita he bleeds for Lazio.

On the otherhand its always a pleasure to have a discussion with CONN, very constructive and intresting posts by him, gave a helping hand in the meetings and it's just great to have him around. Its hard to know exactly what happend that triggered CONN's reply his posts always contained class. The message must have been from his heart.

On Erme's decision, im sure it was hard since they're real life friends but we foreign Laziali can't really have a say in this. Paolo knows the best about this since he knows them well. Im sure he knows what he's doing.

They're both welcome for me, but if it's for the good of LazioFever then so be it.

Its so heart-warming to see respect to each other in this forum. I hope i am still a friend to some nativ roman because i need some help and guiding when i am visiting Rome in July

Everyone is fighting for the good of Lazio.But we're different..Different ideas,different opinions,but I think that Lazio is the uniq language that creates respect and peace between us.

In wanting one member to stay and in defending his actions you are repeating them by insulting another member on a personal basis and further worsening the situation.

From what I've read Conn is a grown man who was perfectly aware of his actions and because if he had the chance he'd do the exact same thing he does not need anyone to be his advocate. This forum will not be a better place for his absence, but he chose his way. These are 2 laziali with a radically different perspective on an issue and it is tearing them apart, with Paolo as "the child of divorced parents" so to speak.

So let it be.

I don't think any of them will be banned, this is Laziofever, we are airtight!!
Just trust Paolo..

Well, if calling someone Lotito lover is an insult so be it. I didn't know it was an insult.

I answer to this topic for 2 main reasons:
1)For your opinions that i totally respect
2) For Conn.

I believe that this forum is more then a simple community but, for what i can see, is also a small family made by brothers all over the world.
For this reason and for the heritage that we created in the past 5 years with your behaviour and style the rules are made by ourself and not by a topic or a copy and paste model.

The reason why i acted so r"determinated" towards Jump and Conn are , as an admin and a friedn , very straight and simple:
Jump creates on purpose the problem with is adressed message against other Laziali.
Conn reacted, even if i agree on his staments, without control and he underline the concepts using offensive words that we already delete in the past to other members and , in this specific case, have been reduced Conn to the same ( low) level of Jump.

I believed that before the discussion could be worst and neverendng was my due to stop it and to give both a strong signal:
To jump to avoid posting such messages
Conn to avoid using as a mod , offensive words in such situations with any member .



In any case , as you can notice i banned Jump first and i gave him the chance to answer me , privately.
Mean while i did not bann Conn in order to leave him the chance to answer and explain , publically, his reasons as he already did.

As conn already answered that he want's come back i, from my side, asked him to comeback at his place asap because i consider him a real friend and , friends are real in any moment.

I hope you understand my concepts because , for me , is really hard to explain in english what is my feeling and i hope that the community understand.

Couldn't have said it in a better way, especially your first sentence underlines perfectly what the situation looks like.

A sad situation that explains perfectly the struggle between Laziali pro and cons Lotito.

It´s impossible to be pro Lazio and pro Lotito at the same time.

Paolo, concerning the post, as I've already said I don't have anything to explain or to apologize for. I didn't lose any control and my words were all chosen carefully. I didn't expect such a big reaction from you, but even in that case I would have done exactly the same: there are things more important than rules in life.

Concerning the forum, as I've explained you privately, I'm not staying in Laziofever anyway. Certainly this does not change the high opinion I have of you as well as many other members here, the friendship and everything else.
