Eliseu Pereira dos Santos

I'm really excited about Eliseu being at Lazio and I really hope he has a terrific season, as does the team. He's speedy, good on the ball and has shown a lot of potential and promise during his time with Malaga. Hopefully he can translate that form into Serie A football. All the best Eliseu!


He has just been called up for the friendly match versus Liechtenstein coming up (replacing Ronaldo as he has the flu).

Im really looking forward to see this guy play. Apparently, he can run the 100mtrs in under 11 seconds so he has pace to burn. I think for the price we paid for him it could be one of our most effective buys for a long time.

i m very interesting about his playing,maybe soon he will have his chance

4-2-3-1 is a must with Eliseu, he and Foggia on the wings, with Zarate in the middle and Cruz/Rocchi up front.

Not seen much of him yet with us, but very much looking forward to seeing him in our shirt.

I'd like to see him play, heard about him here but that's it..

Lazio payed 999,999.99 € too much.

Don't why everyone is complaining so much. He was cheap, did you all expect him to be one of our best players right away?

Also, he wasn't that bad against Levski and he will hopefully do better in the future.

No one can argue his speed, he is lightning quick, but thats about it so far....

His passes are weak, and his dribbling weaker.

This is why he seems to be good defensively, as he can go back with speed and help the defense.

Maybe he will improve, let us wait and see.

I have to definitely disagree with that, a good defensive midfielder needs vision and passing, he has none.

On the wing, he can use his lightning speed, if he just learns how to dribble a bit.... Maybe a full back position can better suit him.... He did have a good show defensively, especially that tackle on the left, he went back on counter attack to save us brilliantly using his speed.

Did we sign him???

No hes father is a good friend to tare and they thought maybe he will be a talent and mr lotito was ok with it. For me he is a real talent....i was almost crying when he blew meghnis fantastic pass to him in the dieing minutes last night.
I really dont think he is never ever going to be good.
And if i remember right....Lazio was a bus stop to him....he told clearly he will play in a much more bigger club in the near future.

I remember reading the same thing. Looks like that won't come to fruition.

until now i've seen from him ...maybe is the worst Lazio player...i bet that some Lazio youngster can play the same or maybe better...

I dont know about the rumors...,but that they are stupid these I m know for shure(but in positive way-friendly,they try to help us)-they take carizo man

Eliseu's playing style suits La Liga much more than it does Serie A so I'm not that surprised he didn't do well at Lazio and is sent on loan. If he was given more time, or if Ballardini had a different formation in place then who knows - he might have been a very good attacking option for Lazio but sadly we will never know. Hope he does well at Zaragoza!
