Delio Rossi

Tonight after the match i will meet , hopefully, Delio Rossi.
La curva already decided to salute Mr Delio with a special "targa" thanking him for the 4 years.
We criticize Delio many times for his decisions , choices, and so on but we always appreciate his natural and passionate love for the players and the fans.
I can't forget him running after the score in one derby. I can't forget his face, expression, whit Cribari.

yes a lot of time we was not happy with him,but he was the 10 time better than balla,he loves the team-players,we didnt have nothing against him,we just wanted fresh blood and new spirit and what we get?.we thought that is time for changes-we made the mistake.

How i hated this man. I will remind you again. Without lotito and tare he has made with a similar team 13 points out of 6 games. In the other hand baldy gangster bella has made 20 points out of 19(correct me if im wrong).
He can run a club very well. And i think he is really happy in Palermo.

I was one of those desperately wanted out of Lazio, but in comparison to Ballardini, Delio is a waaay better coach.

If talking about derby Delio is the man, in my opinion.
but we were expecting a lot more than that, although Balla is worse than him, but we were doing an effort, and will keep doing it. Nobody is expecting a worse thing.

Honestly he is one of my favourite coaches in football.

Great person as well. As far as I know, he continues to attend memorials to Gabriele Sandri even after leaving the club and of course he always showed the utmost respect to the fans. The touchline misses his passion.

To this day this remains one of my favorite pictures. I mean this guy is so nice and friendly, not to mention his commitment and passion.



Later he signed Ivan's jersey (on the left) and I don't think he washed it since And I still keep a flag he signed for me.

As I have said before on this website I think history will judge Delio Rossi as one of Lazio's better coaches.

in August 2007 at the friendly between Lazio and West Ham in Austria during the preparations.

I`ll just say to Mr. Delio Rossi that i respect his personality and that`s it. Excuse me for not singing in this "memorial" business chorus. Almost all of us wanted for him to go and it`s very good that he did. The fact that Lotito couldnt get someone better then him (Ballardini) doesent mean i wish for him to return or that he would never left in the first place. The fact that we are without air right now is his fault as well. I`m sure you didnt forget Manfredini, Makinwa, that bold fellow ..forgot his name, or that genious Siviglia-Cribari stuff over and over again despite the fact that we had Diakite or Radu there, or how that total ludicrous Mauri played more often that he is now.

Well Guys, I don't think Rossi is a better coach than Ballardini, but that is my opinion.

There is only two things I preferred in Rossi over Ballardini.

1. When we score, he used to go crazy, Balla is just cold, and I hate that...

2. When Zarate screwed up, Rossi was the man, he punished him, Balla does not seem to dare.. (But I think that's lotito's problem)

Anyways, wish him luck...

How exactly did Rossi "punish" Zarate? I think Maurito was benched for like two games, if that's a punishment, then OK.

Whenever Zarate did his silly moves, Rossi used to sub him.... Zarate used to cry then like a baby, but he earned it and Rossi never budged.
