Serie A: LAZIO - AC Milan, Sunday 01-02-09

No matter who is standing between the posts, who plays wherever, I only want one thing, and that is that the players show their HEART! Now is a great time to turn things around result-wise, but more than anything I want the team to show that they are ready to sacrfice everything to give us what we want. In the end I am sure all Laziali showing their feelings in whatever way they have shown them the last week is only showing that they care. In one way or another. And all we ask for is that the team cares as well. Not more than that!

Do we know Milan's starting XI for today?

I think we all agree that our season started with a big success for the partnership Zarate and Pandev. very much of the first games Rocchi was out, and these two guys could operate in tranquility. Now we are back to that situation, and since I am very much sure that much of the problem we have had this season is due to the imbalance that we face when ZAPARO play (the midfield suffers, and so does the defence when we have 3 players only concerned about attack...), it will be interesting to see how things will change now that we dont have il Capitano to field (I am in no way glad he is out, but I also feel that the tridente is not the way we should paly...). I dont know what players will be fielded tonight, but it should mean a much more balanced team. Maybe that can give the security we have lacked recently...

I have heard that this will be our starting XI:

Carrizo - De Silvestri - Siviglia - Rozenhal - Radu - Dabo - Ledesma - Matuzalem - Mauri - Pandev - Zarate.

But do not take it very seriously as it is probably only some friends speculating and trying to pull a lie when saying that he has read this will be our XI..As an example, everyone else has been placing Muslera in goal...

I think its gonna be Carrizo in the goal....i hope Matuzalem performs well.....and maybe we will see Medicino also :) It would be great if he comes in to play one of Zarate-Pandev. :)

Rossi confirmed Muslera would be in goal unless Delio has had a change of heart.

Brocchi will play ahead of Dabo if 100% fit.

Why would he play Brocchi ahead of Dabo? That would be stupid..Brocchi is useless and I am sure Dabo cares more about getting us out uf the misery than Brocchi does...

No Carrizo please..and if possible no Mauri as well.

Anyway..i don`t have much hopes from this one but if by some miracle we`ll get a decent result...i`ll drink till tomorrow:D

In that case, I hope you end up in rehab or something.

Of course it would be a disaster if that were to happen...but it would be for the right reasons.

What has Muslera done to deserve 1st team football?

Its good to see Matzuleum back in the squad. I think he will make our midfield better and lessen the need to rely on Ledesma.
