| Few days to go for the last match against la Juve and , after that , many of you as usual, will leave for a while and the forum is going to be like an empty stadium. For this reason and because we need to restart our "fever" in August before the Bejin Match i want to open this topic: Please answer to the following questions:
1) Your Team selection. Players in and out with a short comment on each one 2) la societa' Lazio: Your comment on La Societa' Lazio regarding the whole asset and departments. 3) The fans: Is difficult to judge ourself but sometimes we must recognize our limits or our glory-
And final a general comment on Laziofever because we need to understand where we can improve as community and what we need. Just remind that this comments are important for the future site( i wish) Lazioland.
To all i can just write a huge GRAZIE!

| SO one more season is over. We can calculate a bit more but we would probably finish at 9 or 10 position. After the last bad season is not much of an improvement but however we manage to secure Europe exit. If you ask me probably this things will leave mark to this season. * New idols are born: Zarate, Lichstainer, Foggia and Muslera. * Great victory against Merda 4-2. * Winning for 5 time Coppa Italia through very exiting games. * Leaving of Goran Pandev after 5 years in Rome. During this season in some of our players we can see huge improvements and also big disappointments. I'll start with the players that played the most games not mentioning the ones sitting in the bench. - Carizzo: all our hopes and prays for this two years turns out to be only loud loser. The biggest disappointment of all. However I say give him time like Nando I'm sure he'll improve. - Muslera: Lazio new hero. The guy who we all remembered for his silly Gk skills during the game with Milan is now gone. For me the greatest surprise of all. Such improvement and such passion I haven't seen in years. Grazie Muslera. - Sivigla, Rozendhal, Cribari: I don't know who's fault is it but our defense was the worst part of our game. With 53 goals away we are in top 5 worst defenses in Italy. - Radu, Kolarov: With this two guys we don't have to worry about out left back positions in years. Both are young and talented. Kolarov in particular has improved a lot. - Lichtainer : Lichstainer is probably one of the greatest assets in this season. His games impressed us all and he made it easy to forget Oddo and Behrami. - Brocchi: Although many of us was against this deal (including me) he had some decent games. He is passionate and runs a lot. Not bad at all. - Ledesma: Something in me hate this guy. He is important link in our game but this season I think he failed. He spent too much time treating that he'll leave instead of being a captain and improve his game. - Matuzalem: he was injured most of the time and when he play he was just ok. Nothing special. - Foggia: This little agile kid touched all our hearts. His games helped us to overcame the crisis and he has shown great passion. I applaud him. - Rocchi: Maybe if he wasn't injured we could have been better team. The rest of the games he has decent season with some crucial goals. - Zarate: This guy haven't leave mark in Lazio but in hole Seria a. New phenomena and new star. LOTITO BUY HIM IMMEDIATELY.... so I can order my jersey. - Pandev: Didn't have so good season. Maybe he played injured as some media say. But we can't denied that he had great impact of our Coppa success. I still can't believe that he might leave. The biggest mark this season was left by Lazio, who like never before attacked mercato and bring so much players and spent so much money. That is Lotito credit, he show a new face. I was disappointed only in Tares new big role for this club. I was and I still am against that stupid decision. Also after last season maybe more of us expected Rossi to be sacked but he stay one more. It's debatable if its successful or not but at the moment I can't find better solution (although I want to be changed). For the fans (us) . We were divided and maybe thats not so bad, its good to have debate and stand behind your opinion but that takes to read other opinions as well and show arguments and facts. Fights and silly stubborn posts won't do any good. Laziofever is great. Thx for makeing all Lazio fans feel more close to lazio. Also thx for including us into some unique projects like making of LF flag, participating into Lazio tv shows as well sending messages to players. I had interesting year here and although I'm new I meet some great friends and more important, found so much new things about Lazio. I really can't add and want more, sorry for not suggesting anything. | |

| My Team selection Muslera Lichtsteiner Siviglia Rozehnal Kolarov
Brocchi Ledesma Matuzalem Foggia
Pandev Zarate
Comment: Pretty obviuos selection. Personally i would rather see De Silvestri as right defender beacause he is born Lazioplayer. But infortunately for him Forrest made a super season and has proven to be really good in that position.
Some of the players:
Carrizo: This is a goalkeeper with an very unusual style for a goalkeeper, much more different than a normal goalkeeper from Europe. And for Carrizo to make an impact as a good keeper in Italy, he needs time to adjust to his new country. unfortunately for him he couldīt do so in such short notice that people expect in Italy. Muslera on the other hand had already been in his situation and when he got his chance for the second time he was a different keeper. I think this is because his been in Italy for a longer time and got to know the goalkeeper style of Italy. I donīt think Carrizo is a bad keeper, and i think he can make it better if he stays longer. But for me Muslera is a perfect schooled keeper that can only get better and better so i think he should be our first keeper and that we should cash in on Carrizo and wish him good luck in the future.
Rozehnal: Smart defender. Needed some time to settle down but has shown that he is capable of playing for Lazio.
Kolarov: For me he is a potantial world class player in his position. Only get better and better. Should keep him for a long time!
Brocchi: Always gives his best and all respect for that! But if we want higher ambitions for next season i donīt se him as a start player as he is lacking technical cualities for a higher level.
Ledesma: Up and down performances. We all know what he is capable of but he has to perform more consistenly. If he has the motiavation to do so then he should stay. But if not, better to find some other player with more motivation.
Matuzalem: Good season. Works really hard every game and has good passing qualities. If itīs posible i think we have to keep him, but i donīt think that he is worth 12M Euro as Zaragoza/Shaktar demands if iīm not wrong?
Foggia: Probably our best player after Zarate this season. This is a top class player that i think has the chance of beeing a starter for Italy for the World Cup 2010.
Zarate: World Class! Buy him! I think thatīs enough comments on him as he canīt be described in words.
Goran Pandev: I think Lazio should do everything in itīs power to keep Goran. He is a player as you all know of great quality, has been in the club for a long time, knows the atmosphere in Rome etc etc. I think there are to many good reasons for why we have to keep him even if it seems difficult right now=/
La Lazio: I think itīs great that we won Coppa Italia. The club and the fans needed it. Good as well that we will play in Europe because of it. Another positive aspect of this season is the derby (4-2) and i think all will agree on that. But despite this positive achivements we were to up and down in Serie A. And with the players that we have we should at least leave teams as Cagliari, palermo and Udines behind us. Personally i think we should be better then Roma and Genoa aswell so 10 in Serie a is a failure for me. But with the win in the coppa and 4-2 against Roma i think itīs an ok season and i hope the coppa win will motivate for better next one.
Forza Lazio!! | |

| Pre-season:
More than satisfying mercato. Good actions to bring back the Laziali to the stadium. Because of these factors, a relatively big build-up, I enjoyed it.
Season itself:
Players
Positive: Zarate, Lichtsteiner, Foggia, Muslera, Brocchi Negative (disappointing): Carrizo, Matuzalem (injuries), the defense in general at (many) times
Serie A
Disappointing. Good win against Rioma, other than that one too many poor performances.
Coppa Italia
Winners. Great victories to reach the final and the ultimate victory, great feeling. Grazie!
Extra:
* Curva Nord (and all the others), grazie. Present - loud and proud - at home and away games. Gabriele one of us, sempre e comunque. * Giustizia: disappointing but expected. Gabriele vive, you're one of us, but it would be nice to see some development in the case against Spaccarotella, if only for the family. * Lazio Fever. Great forum, the people behind this get all (and I mean áll!) my respect. Bringing Laziali from all around the world together - not only online but also in real life - simply amazing. We're one big family, with one big love.

| Okay, it has been a season of ups and downs. The season started off so promising after about 8 rounds or so, namley the 3-0 victory over Fiorentina, what an amazing performance, coming off the back of that horror show at the San Siro.
I thought after 8 rounds, we would be top 6 at the very least and silentley was hoping to challenge for a Champions League spot. But the team's performances started to grow in inconsistancy as Zarate's goals dried up.
The 1-0 defeat at the hands of Roma was especially hard to take as not only did we deserve something from the game, that win signalled the start of a mini revival for Roma in the league.
Our problem was consistancy, we could tring 3 wins in a row followed by a 3 game loosing streak. So it was difficult for us to gain any ground in the league table.
However the 4-2 Derby win was amazing, really just what we needed. Our run in the Coppa was brilliant, we played some great football, and deserved to lift the trophy. The shoot-out drama will not be forgotten.
With one game to go, it looks as though we will finish 10th, which lets be honest, is not good enough for us. Without the Coppa victory our season would have been hugley dissapointing.
The Player's:
Juan Pable Carizzo - A Good keeper, but a very inconsistant season, should stil be kept though if possible.
Fernando Muslera - An amazing season, to prove his critics wrong, some great saves in some important matches, commands the area well, should be around for a long time, and of course the Coppa shoot-out! What a hero.
Stefan Lichtsteiner - Great season, what a buy, argubley our best player.
Alex Kolorov - Jan-May he has been great and we must keep him, a great weapon.
David Rozenhal - Decent, but often caught by pacey striker's, but an okay season.
Sanchez Cribari - Good defender but all to often overlooked.
Sebastiano Siviligna - Decent but at his age we really need to look elsewere and replace him.
Mobido Diakité- One for the future, very promising, played well when selected.
Lorenzo De Silvestri - Undoubted potential, but never really showed us what he is capable of when selected.
Cristian Ledesma - Makes the midfield tick when he play's and we only realise how important he is to us when hi doesnt play, we must keep him. I will admit it hasn't been his best season by his high standard's but still, he is very important.
Francelino Matuzalem - Due to injury, maybe we did not see the best of him, but we got glimpses of his quality from time to time.
Stefano Mauri - Rarley appeared
Simone Del Nero - Likewise, but a worthy squad player.
Cristian Manfrendini - Maybe time to let him go, and ease the wage bill
Cristian Brocchi - A Real warrior, had a good season.
Pasquale Foggia - His best season yet in football, very promising and important to the team.
Mourad Meghni - Had a good Aug - Dec, but after that injury cost him and he really didn;t get a chance to establish himself.
Ousmane Dabo - Lazio through and through, Copa Peno, who could forget? Like Del Nero, a worthy squad member.
Goran Pandev - Great season, shame he is about to depart, will be missed.
Tomasso Rocchi - Not a great season by his standard's, but alright non the less.
Mauro Zarate - God
Simone Inzaghi - Limited playing time, however scored a cruical last minute equaliser against Lecce.
My Player's of the season in order
1) Mauro Zarate 2) Stefan Lichtsteiner 3) Pasquale Foggia 4) Goran Pandev 5) Fernando Muslera
Next season will be important, we need a right sided midfielder, a Centre Back or two, and of course a striker to replace Pandev. Renew ledesma, and Matuzalem if possible.
If we can do this (A Big ask), we can surley challenge for the Top 6 at least, and maybe a we run in The Europa League too, last 16 or something maybe? and take it from there.
Since Rossi has taken the job, he has done well, how ever a new coach is essential i think, with the bunch of player's we have, if we can get them highly motivated then we could take a bit of stopping.
As for Lazofever, what can i say? Great as ever! Just a little thanks To Emre, and all those who made it possible, and all the member's for making it the great forum that is is.
FORZA LAZIO! | |

| The best eleven for me: - Muslera - I must admit when I saw his first matches here I thought he was a completely flop (And I think most of us). I must say he is a smart guy. When criticized, he never gave up, worked hard and now its paying off. - Lichtsteiner - This guy must have extra lungs, seriously. One of the best buys of the mercato lately. Cheap and efficient. - Siviglia - The same old Siviglia, some mistakes but an average defender in my opinion. - Rozehnal - A good defender, I've always trusted him. Made some crucial mistakes but I guess he just isn't a natural leader, seems like he needs someone to coordinate him. - Kolarov - Later stages of the season he got his place putting on some amazing displays. Needs to improve his defensive skills, though. - Brocchi - Solid and experienced midfielder. Not an amazing player but does his job. - Ledesma - Not as consistent as he can be. Still, our best centre midfielder along with Matuzalem. - Matuzalem - Brought a touch of creativity we've missed a lot. His injuries are the biggest problem. Almost all games he plays he does his job. - Foggia - Proved himself as an important member for the squad. Pasquale is always a threat for the opposition defense. - Pandev - Improving year after year, a good forward. Hopes he changes his mind and stay with us. - Zarate - The kid is made for the big stages! One of the best forwards nowadays in football! And I agree with Zeman, he does pass the ball! It's difficult to judge La Societā and The Fans from here because we don't get much news and there is always the risk of getting information that is not impartial. But generally, our future look better than last years. I think some big things are waiting us. And as for the fans, I think we must keep on cheering the team specially when things are not good. I know it's hard but it's more than presidents, coaches etc. It's La Lazio! And thank you, Paolo! For all the good job with Laziofever and support for the international fans in general! If you need help, I'm here to give a hand! And let me know if you are coming to Brazil! Haha Hope to go as soon as I can to Italy to watch Lazio live! | |

| What to say after all that has happened over the last 10 months? Pre-seasonA good mercato, we brought in players who really impressed, shame about Rocchi injuring himself in the Olimpics. The build up to the season was great, nice to see people going to the stadium, there was a positive buzz in the air. Seasonfantastic start, then a series of ups and downs, some nervous reactions coming from everywhere, a turbulent period from Christmas til February, and again a very inconsistent Lazio. The Coppa triumph makes this season a success overall, but like everyone here I really feared the "what if", the penalties cost me several years of my life. the positives : Lichsteiner, Kolarov, Zarate, Muslera, Foggia, Pandev, Brocchi the negatives: Carizzo, Mauri, siviglia, Cribari, Rozehnal, LDS for their performances Matuzalem&Rocchi because of injuries Things to rememberDerby trashing of merda, Coppa, Udinese comeback, game against Fiorentina, Zarate magic, Lichtsteiner provoking Panucci for a red card then scoring and running to the Nord Things to forgetMuslera's debut game, LDS's red card against fiorentina, the miserable games against crappy teams, other derby Personal reflectionMy love for Lazio grows bigger with every season that passes, be it good or bad. Finally I got the chance to go to the derby and live the dream. the season as a whole was very intense as I could not know what would happen next. Now that it's over I must say when I think of the season a smile comes to my face, and that's what matters no? LaziofeverMuch much more than a web-site, a real place where laziali can come together and share the passion of Lazio, talk about football and other less important things in life like college or work I'm here to stay Meeting some of you at the derby was a real privilege and to all the others I hope to meet y'all for a beer sometime soon! And thanks to the "staff" for making it possible, you know who you are!! | |

| Here's my summary: Pre-season:I was really surprised and happy with our mercato during the summer. Espescially with Zarate and Brocchi, was also thrilled that we kept Foggia after all the rumours linking him away again. Season:Serie A was a massive disappointment but not a total shock I guess. We have a great team but inexperience and the fact it was the first season alot of these boys played together can let them off the hook I guess. My team of the year would be:Muslera - Perfect professional, great guy and really beginning to shine. He looks more and more like a young Buffon! Lichtsteiner - I had never heard of him I must admit, but what a player. Must be a contender for player of the season. Makes me think Behrami who....? Cribari - Differences with Rossi ruined his season but did well when called upon. Rozehnal - He was OK. Improving as time goes by, he needs stability and regular football. Kolarov - Jeez...what a jem he has become. 2 memorable goals against Roma and Juve and a nice penalty in the Coppa. He has grown in leaps and bounds this year. Brocchi - The silent Gattuso. No glory, no arrogance just dedication. A true warrior. He is the personification of Non Mollare Mai. Ledesma - Been exceptional in his defensive game this year. Not been as creative though as a result of the defensive overload. Matuzalem's presence helped and let him create more. His importance shows when he doesn't play because we don't either. Matuzalem - A classy player...when fit. We played some of our best football when he was on the pitch. Foggia - The magician. The decision to keep him was probably the best of the summer. Always working, fighting and terrorising defenses. Great season. Pandev - Started brilliantly. Lost his form for a while but his goals in the Coppa were vital to our success. Will be sorely missed if he leaves. Zarate - No comment..... My favourite moment of the saeosn was the sheer ecstacy at being 2-0 up against Roma after only 4 minutes. I've never experienced anything like that. It was a rush I can't compare with. Coppa Italia:What a great achievement. Simply outstanding when you think of the obstacles to get there, Milan, Torino, Juve etc. Thanks to Delio for that one. If he leaves he leaves on a high. Delio Rossi:Still in and out as always with Delio. He has built a very good team, the project is working nicely but I'm disappointed with the Serie A results but delighted with the Coppa so if he is here next season I will be ok with that. If he isn't I will be ok with that too but the man deserves respect. Summer Aquisistions:My dream signings would be 2 defenders, 1 midfield and 1 striker. I would choose along the lines of Portanova and Criscito for defence. Marchisio/Veron for midfield and Iaquinta upfront. How feesable they are i don't know but they are the type of players I believe we need. To leave I would expect Manfredini, Inzaghi, Baronio, Belleri and Makinwa. The fans:I want to thank the Curva Nord for the displays at the Rome derby and the Coppa Italia against Juve and for the the amazing support during the final. Also for the continuing love for Gabriele. Laziofever:A simply amazing place run by amazing people. Paolo, you make so many dreams come true. Your work and dedication is so appreciated. For an Italian/Scot whose only love is Lazio and Italian football you give me the opportunity to converse and share all the highs and lows with other Laziali, something I can't do over here. Thankyou for that. EDIT: I guess one improvement would be that I miss the Official news section only mods could update. It was a good source for us to see exactly what was going on in Rome.

| Improvements? 1. What Gio said about the official news thread 2. Merging similar or nearly same threads 3. Get more emoticons for people who communicate almost entirely with them, I suggest those Chinese funny ones 4. There is a gallery (in case people forgot) and that could be a good place for uploading pictures and vids from games, derby meetings, special occasions like when Paolo presents players our messages, like our little archive of lazialita 5. Inform us when we are switching to Lazioland so I can pack | |

| About the club:
I think we did many things the right way. We bought the right players, basically, we got some very promising players (Zarate, Diakite, De Silvestri, Kolarov...) and we could maybe try to win the Europa League if we add the right pieces to the puzzle. But we need the stadium soon. It would be a chance to play for the title in five years...
Judging the players:
Carizzo - He has to stay because I'm sure he will be a very good goalkeeper. I fear we will sell him.
Muslera - Good season, but not spectacular and not yet a decent number one goalkeeper.
Lichtsteiner - Amazing season, great steal on the transfer market.
Kolarov - Has to improve his defensive skills but in my eyes another steal.
Rozenhal - Is lacking a good partner on defense, not very skilled, but can be a rock.
Cribari - Didn't play as much as he maybe should have.
Siviglia - It's time to leave. Old, slow, mistake-prone...
Diakité - The future leader of our defense. Has to limit his fouls on the edge of the penalty area. Right attitude.
De Silvestri - Should accept that he has to show more to gain the starting spot he wants to have. Mabe lichtsteiner could move up to the midfield so he could get more playing time which is assured due to the Europa League anyways.
Ledesma - The heart of our midfield. He could blossom into a real star once we put a high-skilled midfielder next to him (not Brocchi or Dabo).
Matuzalem - Too often he was injured, for that kind of money I prefer somebody else though he could be worth it when he's fit.
Mauri - Has to bring more fighting spirit to the table for the kind of talent he has.
Del Nero - Good role player if available.
Manfredini - Could we please get rid of him?
Brocchi - A fighter, always trying his best, at times good enough, at others not.
Foggia - Finally showed what he is capable of. Has to prove he can do it consistantly.
Meghni - Another good role player but injury-prone, which is a shame.
Dabo - Perfect addition from the bench or as a starter at times.
Pandev - In the league a bit below his usual standards. Seems he will leave, a real shame.
Rocchi - Has to accept his role as the first striker from the bench in the future.
Zarate - Just priceless to watch. His goals are always a beauty, his dribblings stunning and his image is perfect for this team. The future face of Lazio.
Inzaghi - As a fourth or fifth striker I can live with him.
Best players this season:
1.) Mauro Zarate 2.) Stefan Lichtsteiner 3.) Pasquale Foggia
What kind of players do we need? A number two goalkeeper, who accepts his role. A skilled central defender. A central midfielder like a Matuzalem during his time in Donezk. A tall striker, who is capable of scoring 15-20 goals in the league.
About us, the fans:
Some should have more patience and support the team every team they go to the stadium. Judgement time is now, after the season. There is no denying that every athlete will always try the best to win, so we should never doubt that. 38 games (in the league) 100 percent support, we can cry after the season is over!

| Mercato:7/10. Good signings, Zarate is a fenomeno, Brocchi is a warrior, Lichtsteiner is one of the best right backs in Europe. But we failed to get rid of the dead wood and those players stand in the way of us being great again. i giocatoriMuslera - One of my favourite players now. Not just because of his goalkeeping but also his attitude. I think he's earnt his no.1 jersey back and can be at Lazio for another decade. Only 22 so will improve. Carrizo- Very disappointed. OK Muslera was also a nightmare in his first year but Muslera shut up and trained, Carrizo complained to the press and Maradona. He will improve and come good but I don't want to see him at Lazio anymore. We can still make a small profit on him and yes he might deserve a chance but I think his attitude was insulting to la Lazio and a player who worked as hard as Nando. Lichtsteiner - Behrami who?? indeed. Of all terzini destri in Serie A, only Maicon was better. Considering Maicon is the best in the world, that says a lot. Can improve on his crossing, other than that great. Super consistent and what a Derby with his run to la Nord and firing up in the face of Panucci. Also has been the single player on some occassions (1-4 v Cagliari, 0-3 v Chievo) to salute the Curva after disappointing performances. Possible future captain. De Silvestri - A step back or a wake up call that he hasn't made it yet. Either way he is young and we need to work with Lollo because he is a piece of Lazialita'. Cribari - Respect for what you gave us in the past, but this season was not great at all. When you have problems with your coach, insulting the fans is only going to make your situation worse. Siviglia - Veteran but hugely important to us even though he can't physically keep up with many players anymore. Still the smartest defender we have. Great leader on field, one mistake was his actions vs Toro. I assume this season coming will be his last. Rozehnal - Not my favourite player and makes a lot of mistakes but credit to him, he stood up at times when it counted. Great penalty in the Coppa finale. Kolarov - Most improved player, only behind Nando. If he can become solid at the back as well as attacking, he will be one of the best left backs in Europe. Brocchi - Gio said it best - "He is the personification of Non Mollare Mai." Very happy that we signed him. Like a better version of Mudi and Muta, fitter and better on the ball. Ledesma - You either love Cristian or hate him. Showed good leadership on the field and ran the midfield, when we didn't have him there, we were cold. Can recommend he changes agent though. Dabo - Looked to have age catching up with him. Then he won us the Coppa. Will go down as a great Lazio player. Matuzalem - Dunno whether its feasible to keep him but once he was fit he took the quality of our midfield game another level up. Mauri/Meghni - I put these two together because as backups they are OK. Mauri is a shadow of his former self, Meghni is always injured. I think we can only keep one. Del Nero - Showed good promise towards the end of season. If he's fit, he could be a pleasant surprise for us all in 09-10. Foggia - Didn't get an automatic place in the 11 but credit to him, he never stopped fighting for one and once he won it, he didn't let us down. Gun. Pandev - A hot and cold season for Goran. Great games against Samp, Fiorentina, Reggina and Juventus in the Coppa, but he had a lot of games where he did nothing. Wll be sorely missed by all at Formello. Rocchi - Injury wrecked his year but still chipped in with 9 goals. Can't wait to see the real Tommaso stand up next season. Zarate - One word: FUORICLASSE. Delio Rossi - Inconsistent but he won a title. He beat the big teams like Juve, Milan and Fiorentina which in the past he has never managed to do. For the season I'd give him a 6. A title was great but 17 losses is still too many. PrimaveraOne of the best aspects to the year was seeing these players break the team. We often hear of Tuia and Mendicino but it was great also to see the likes of Perpetuini who I've heard is the biggest laziale of them all. These boys are realising everyone's lifelong dream. Best performance3-0 win over Fiorentina. Easily the best game of the Lotito era and that effort would rival some of the performances from the Cragnotti days. Everyone that day from Carrizo to Mauri to Zarate was at the top of their game. Worst performance0-3 vs Chievo. Terrible and I dont really want to discuss it now. 1-4 vs Cagliari and 1-3 vs Bologna are just behind. Partita pių emozionanteCan't split the 4-2 Derby and the Coppa. Calciomercato estivoLugano for the defence plus one more. A midfielder like Veron and/or Barreto and a target man. Most importantly we need to release/sell all the players who we are certain won't play a part at Lazio any longer. We all know who they are. The contracts of Ledesma, Foggia and Lollo need to be extended. TifosiIn part thanks to Lotito's cheap ticket scheme, this was the best curva for years (as best as I can judge from being in Australia anyway). I was in Roma in January 2008 and from what I see, now compared to then is completely different. The Coppa win and brilliant displays in la Nord can be dedicated to Gabriele Sandri (Giustizia!) and Ugo Longo, two great people who lost their lives in different circumstances over the last couple of years. LaziofeverI read many Italian sites, avantilazio, LazioCity, lalaziosiamonoi, lazialita (too many! ), so this site still is very important to Lazio fans worldwide I guess. only way it could really be improved is to have less of the ridiculous anti-Rossi comments in every single thread and people who bag Lazio constantly need to sit back and relax and have a strong drink. La SocietāGreat work with the ticketing scheme, the LazioStyle but I expect stuff in the coming months about Stadio delle Aquile and to continue working towards financial strength. | |

| I can see that the most of us share more or less the same opinions on the squad and the season, so I will not repeat what people have already written.
What I would like to comment on though, is LF:
What I would like to see is a group that is so big and dedicated, that we have people from the organization present at more or less every home game. So, if I want to go to Rome for a game, the chances that I can see it with fellow LF members will be big! Also, what would be really cool is to have a LF banner for the next derby. A banner with some powerful message, something characteristic for LF, so that the rest of Olimpico can see that we are there...I believe we deserve some recognition. I want to see us grow basically, I want us to have a special spot on the stadium, perhaps with time we can organize a small choreography.
Ok, that's it from me.. | |

| Muslera : I like his style,could do with a few lesson's on how to kick a ball though.Deserves number 1 shirt
Lichtsteiner : Been impressed with him from day one.
Siviglia : Nothing beats a veteran, but he is'nt what he once was.
Rozehnal : I thought he was sh*t at newcastle utd but he seem to shine for us.
Kolarov : Very very impressive. Can only get better.
Brocchi : Another player I thought sh*t at previous team but he's earned his place, just does'nt give up!!!
Ledesma : Not his best season but there is no doubt he is one of our best.
Dabo : Would have liked to have seen more of him,Impressive all the same.
Foggia : The Genius!!!Creativity seems to come natural to him.
Pandev : Would normally choose Rocchi but for obvious reasons Pandev gets my choice. Arrivederci Goran Pandev, you will not be forgotten!!!
Zarate : A Young God!!!Wish he would pass the ball more though.
All in all it was'nt the greatest season for us yet again. If it was'nt for Coppa Italia win and an outstanding performance against MERDA I would be highly displeased but as it is i'm very grateful to our team.
Delio Rossi : I can't help but like him but I think it's time to move on,you've done us proud!!!
The Fans : Cheering or jeering,I'll confess to jeering nearly as much as cheering this season myself(thats got to look funny,a grown man shouting at his laptop). Many thanks to Curva Nord for fantastic displays, this is one of the main reasons that I'm Laziale. Thanks also to IRRIDUCIBILI who welcomed me with open arms and sent me home with a scarf, did not expect anything like that to happen.
Laziofever : Improvements?I'm new around here so as far as i'm concerned it's all AS GOOD AS GOLD!!!
Positive Energy Activates Constant Elavation

| FINALLY THIS SEASON IS OVER!
This words are the essence of my opinion in this topic. Finally because the whole campionato has been ridicolous for the team results, matches , and upnddown presence in the field.
We lost 18 matches and some of them without any explanation or excuse. we won an incredible coppa with crazy performances ( yuve) We lost a Derby and we won one as crazy .
Again this is the result of one man show . The President and his Mr. Lack of project, lack of strategy, lack of comunication. Also some players are guilty like : Carrizo and his behaviour, Siviglia, Rocchi, Ledesma and some others in the dressing room.
Now we must restart , as usual , and we have to face: 1) Zarate contract and payment . 2) A huse selection of players ( 47 are too many) 3) New entry from the primavera as Tuia faraoni, Mendicino, Perpetuini, kozac.. 4) The New Mr. New because i can t take Rossi for another 2 years in the same condition as before.
This month will be a hell for us. I am ready to dance.

| SigningsNo big name players, but a selection of young promising players, still unexperienced regarding the style of Serie A football (JPC-Zar-Licht), with some more experienced ones (Bro-Roz-Matu) The SeasonOne has to know it was a long season overall, the start was just incredible, so was the expected downfall, but worst of all was just the quantity of lost games, 18 in total and 7 at home is very very very bad. The expected European ticket was rather difficult to get this season. Coppa ItaliaLuckily the season was a little saved by the Coppa victory, even if it was hanging by the finest thread, because penalties are always a lottery, but we did it, thats what's count. Very good games against AcMilan and Juve, showed us that this Lazio can compete with the top. It would have been a big disaster if we had lost the final. Players**** Zarate, even if he loves the ball to much, otherwise he had 5***** *** Lichtsteiner, a warrior on the field, not bad for this first season *** Muslera showed us in 2009, that he has a future at Lazio *** Foggia, even if he didn't played all games, one can see that there is always danger with him around ** Pandev, rather difficult season but he still showed us he has the class and skills to find the goal ** Rozehnal, average, not too bad ** Kolarov, Mr Dynamite In His Boots, let's hope he'll be the next Roberto Carlos ** Ledesma, never liked him but the missing link in midfield ** Brocchi, grinta grinta and more grinta, even with his limited capacities ** Dabo, very underrated player, nice for him to score the decisive penalty * Rocchi, couldn't get out of Zarate's shadow * Carrizo, expected some more maturity from Argentina's N° 1 Coach & PresidentDelio still is a good coach, but maybe next season will be that year too much. Sometimes he choose the wrond tactics, but life's a gamble. Happy for him he has the Coppa on his palmares. About Lotito one can say a lot, and some don't. One loves him other hate him, but to manage a Serie A team with 'limited' resources he did it rather OK. Buying Zarate will bring hopefully faith and confidence in him as president. The FansA Coppa dedicated to them, faithfull week after week, at home and far away, in a very average season Goals of the season1 Zarate's screamer against Merde (A) 2 Zarate's topnotch against Juve (Coppa) 3 Zarate's freekick against Siena (A) 4 Zarates top corner kick against Samp (A) 5 Kolarov's run against Merde (A) Game of the season1 Lazio v Samp 1-1 (pen 6-5) ... not a good game but the tension over 120 min and lifting the Cup at the end was ā la GRANDE! 2 1900 v 1927 4-2 ... mamma mia, what a game 3 Lazio v Juventus 2-1 ... losing HT in the Coppa, and fighting back to win it OUR way 4 Udinese v Lazio 3-3 ... losing 3-0, and coming back ā la grande 5 Lazio v Fiorentina 3-0 ... Lazio showed us in the 2nd half the best football at the time, even better than Barca | |

| A very minor improvement, could be to list you favourite Lazio player in a new and improved member profile.
So it would be like, Name, Age, Lazio Supporter Since and Fav Lazio Player.
Very minor i know, but would be a bit of fun.

| Time for me to post here.
Mercato: I was more than satisfied with it, I thought we had a clear plan and managed to have depth in every position but as the season unfolded, it was notable that quality liked in many areas, as I thought it might.
Positives: Zarate, obviously. A season doesn't make a star but he is well on his way to becoming a great. I would list comeback kid, Mulsera, Lichtsteiner, Kolarov and Brocchi as other positives. Foggia, for me, is an exciting player but I demand more from him, he had 3, maybe 4 exceptional performances this season and that was all. He could become one of the most dangerous players in Italy. He has to prove that. The Coppa Italia win and Derby win are the games of the season. The fans, as always, impeccable.
Negatives: Players were handled badly and in many cases failed to live up to the standards we expected. I felt Rocchi was a poor captain, Cribari was harshly treated by us, the fans and the club, Pandev was poor, for whatever reason and Carrizo's attitude was disgusting.
I feel the club needs an overhaul this season and we should considering letting go of some of our old crew (Rocchi, Pandev, Siviglia etc.). We need to bring in a centre back, a centre midfielder, a versatile winger and a talented attacker but first we must dispatch of the deadwood. This squad is too big.
