Agree. If thats the option then I say stay with Rossi. Zenga is joke. Rossi has far more experience in serie a football and Cl. What Zenga has, few joke teams with no result.

He has done an excellent job at Catania. they have a poor team but have been punching above their weight. Some amazing results this year too including Palermo, Roma, us...

| You guys just don't know who you want ... You don't want Zenga, you don't want Rossi, you don't want Ranieri ... Who do you want ? Simeone and Mihajlovic would be a dream but in a couple of years when they have more experience. Lotito can't afford a coach with a big salary and someone who wants to have 30,40 M to spend on new players ... Zenga would be a good replacement for Rossi and would bring some changes to the club which are really needed | |

| Zenga won some titles in romania with the bucharest teams, so I guess he has some experience from both winning titles and playing in europe. | |

And he had some decent matches in Europe too, with Steaua! Just take a look at their match with Valencia!A change is needed!

| I don't know Zenga very well but he could be our fairly good successor to Rossi , just wait till season is started and we have discussion then. Or at moment Lazio got a new atmosphere in dressing room. | |

| I don't know nothing about Mr Zenga like a lot of laziali her, so I don't want to talk if he is a better option then Mr Rossi. But I'm tierd whit Rossi, I want something new. A new face who are ready to take Lazio too another level. Can Mr Zenga do that? I don't know. If lotito sing him, I will pray for Zenga hehe. FORZA LAZIO!!! | |

He has done an excellent job at Catania. they have a poor team but have been punching above their weight. Some amazing results this year too including Palermo, Roma, us... Exactly. Having an absolutely sh!tty team, probably worse than Reggina and Lecce, Zenga managed to play almost equal to us, Lazio - that has players at least 3 times stronger. Zenga has been a champion in Romania, and by nature he's a champion, as officially he's the 3rd best goalkeeper Italy has ever had in its history. Zenga is charismatic, is sick in the head, and will beat the sh!t out of every Lazio player who doesn't perform (Ledesma). Zenga is what we need, and if he doesn't perform next season, he can always be fired. - martinese wrote:

Lotito spent roughly 30 M last summer on transfers. So I expect him to spend at least as much this summer too. So what you wrote is not unrealistic, it's actually already happened. - vent wrote:

| Zenga a risk? Yes.
There is momentum behind this rumour but how much of it is true and how much of it is just Lotito keeping his options open remains to be seen.
Zenga will tighten the ship, have us playing drab football. However, it might be the right move, I'm not sure, but it could be.
One parallel I would draw between Catania and us is weapons. We have players who can change a game in an instant and Catania had as well. The likes of Mascara and Morimoto are capable of serious damage. We have Zarate, pandev and Foggia, better admittedly, but perhaps not utilised efficiently.
I would like to think if Zenga came in, he would solidify our defence, organise our midfield and having the likes of Zarate do damage on the counter. But, with the resources we have, this may not be possible.

| Definately a risk but he looks like yet another talented Italian manager and he has plenty of passion for the game. He has done a great job with Catania on their resources. Great home record and of course kept them away from the relegation battle this year. The talented Morimoto has come on under him as well, suggests he has good man management skills. Perhaps something to think about. | |

Lotito isn't made out of money ... He gave more because Lazio had played in the CL a year ago and earned more money. Now he hasn't won that much and shouldn't be able to let our coach spend such an amount

We don't need Mascara or Morimoto, we need a trainer who can change things, in Lotitos eyes it's Zenga the man. Of coruse he is more cheaper then Rainieri for example, but something I like whit Mr Zenga is his mentality, 110% spirit or out!

| I talked to my cousin who is a Red Star Belgrade fan, and he has nothing but words of praise for Zenga. Said he was one of the best and most respected coaches in the club's history, and that's saying a lot when it comes from "Delije" (Zvezda's "Curva Nord").
I will wait for the official news though.

| Zenga would be a risk, no doubt, but I prefer him over Ranieri and Mazzarri. As for Rossi, I don't know. Zenga looks like he's on the up and is improving as a manager. Still young he has both Italian and foreign experience, and some European as well - which is a bonus considering Lazio are in the Europa League next season. I love his mentality. He takes no bullsh*t and expects players to give 100% in every match and this season did an impressive job at Catania. If he does come, I hope he brings Marco Biaganti with him! | |
