Cristian Brocchi

I think he was a decent signing but shouldn't have started against Cagliari

its going to take him a while to get used to our style and settle into Lazio. when he does our midfield will be more solid. the more options, the more depth, the higher we finish

With time Cristian will gel in nicely at Lazio.... a good and solid player with plenty of experience!

It seems that they played 442.. but I'm not sure about where Brocchi was, I guess he was not so succesful since he was replaced in the 2nd half by Foggia..

the worst derby so far...

I think its worst transfer for Lazio this summer. IMO he are another Baronio... And tree years contact, 3x more paid than Ledesma...OMG...what Lotito doing with us..... He was last midfield sub in Milan, and he have 32 years!

As for Brocchi, very weird to use him as a winger. To me he is perfect for a three man midfield with matuzalem and Ledesma. Guess no one knows what Rossi is up to these days...

disagree, we lost Mudingayi and Mutarelli isn't an option so we needed another hard working midfielder that can play the mediano role

right now Dabo and Firmani are injured. If we didn't have Brocchi (who will improve tomorrow on last week's effort) who would step in?? Manfredini??

he's not a 'special' player but we certainly need him as an option, that's for sure.

anyway even we have dabo & firmani, he is in higher class than firmani, & he has lot of experiens & aplomb
he play several years with milan (min he traning with them ) any way he comes here for prove himself & i think he can prosperous.

Brocchi has done a good job so far and he has been worth the money spent on him - how would we have solved the fact that Dabo has been injured if we did not have Brocchi in the squad?

Cheap transfer, always working hard and a decent footballer considering the position he holds in the team. A kind of player that is needed during the season but I would rather see Dabo as starter...

I agree with that. And an assist to his name as well. If this guys our worst transfer of the season... well, that's fine with me.

brocchi always run and showed full determination last match ! brocchi = lazio's gattuso !! grazie brocchi !

before derby i didnt like brocchi at all, but during and after derby my thoughts totally changed about him!

I just have to say - thank you Mr. Brocchi - he didn't score, he didn't save a PK.. but he KICKED AAASS in the midfield! The only player that kept running ht whole time he was on the pitch! Great spirit! Grazie!

This is why for years I have wanted Brocchi here, I saw capabilities but knew he couldn't play at Milan over Gattuso. So happy when he arrived and he has been superb. a true gladiator and he really deserved the Coppa last night.
