It's not, it's only for players from S America. Maldini made his Milan debut at 16, it hasn't changed. The Macheda thing was he couldn't sign a professional contract until he was 18 but he could still have played.

| actually this was the best transfer for us in the past years (except Zarate of course) young, cheap and after what i saw in a few games better skills than Messi...don't forget that Lotito had to fight with Arsenal, Man U, and Real to get him! nice done! now its just time to confirm | |

He's ours its yet to be made official since we cant really register him due to being under 18, but the deal is done.

| Gonzalo Barreto asspetta solo gennaio. Assomiglio a Zarate? | |

| No, he isn't. 17 and 20 is kind off a big difference. And from what I could see they're attack is already strong enough.
From FIFA.com:
Star players In a side with such a plethora of attacking options, singling out one player is quite difficult. The five goals Abel Hernandez netted in qualifying make him an obvious candidate, but it would be unfair not to mention fellow front-men Jonathan Urretaviscaya and Santiago Garcia, along with midfielders Nicolas Lodeiro and Tabare Viudez. Another to keep a close eye on in the Land of the Pharaohs is wing-back Adrian Gunino.

| This is a good transfer, after all, Cruz and Rocchi are not getting any younger, we can build a future with Zarate, Baretto and Foggia. Add to that with Pandev leaving, we need an additional attacker. | |
