| 30-40 other youngsters also deserve a chance; but they are either wasted or loaned to B or C and never seen again. I don't want Barreto to get a free pass into the first team just because he is a supposed talent from far away. | |

| the problem for youngsters developing here is that our squad is way too big to give space to the younger talents. if we dont cut the squad dramatically then for sure younger talents wont get a run and will never develop under us. a club with no money that does not focus on youth what so ever...  | |

I agree but as we see in the last couple of years non of our young talents are given a chance to show what they can do ... | |

| Thats also true but I still have some hope that maybe one of them (Kozak, Mendicino or Barreto) can become at least a decent Serie A player. | |

| None of the potential future stars of the primaveras the last few seasons seem to have been good enough to make it. Tuia,Mendicino, Kozak, Barreto etc etc have all been mentioned, but once they have featured at the "normal" level they havent been impressing, sp its hard to see why they should have been given a chance. On the other hand, the once who actually are good enough for first team football (LDS, Macheda etc) leave us; either because of the economical situation, or just the fact that they have been in too tough comepetition...hard situation... | |
