UEFA Champions League Fantasy Game

I know some of you may be sick of fantasy games by now but the Champions League one has just opened and its format is pretty similar (maybe even identical) to the Premier League equivalent. If we get enough participants, I'll run a scoreboard but I've set up a couple of leagues for you to join.

LF Head-to-Head: 42849-9934

Laziofever League is very simple; just like FPL format, most points at the end of the Champions League wins.

LF Head-to-Head is much more fun. Each week, the system will pit us against a fellow LF member and at the end of the group stages, 8 people will qualify for the knockout rounds. From there, the same format remains, we play each other as the computer designates us. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 for a loss.

NB. If you join, please post your team name on this thread so I can create a scoreboard.

Now we have 4 games in place, I think a World Cup Champions of Champions is definitely on the cards

I don't expect many people to play and I'm not trying to drum up people, it's just, I was asked to join by several people and I thought I'd create a couple of leagues for anybody who wants to take part.

9 teams in the head-to-head. Would have liked more but I understand the low numbers. I expect the head-to-head to be great fun!

A tad sickening.

Join next week, I wouldn't imagine the head-to-head will be decided in one week at least. I think it's a league format for group stages followed by knockout. Put it this way, we have 8 spots in Round 2 and only 9 players...you can still progress.
