Fantasy Premier League 2009/2010

Ok, the new EPL season begins here and the Laziofever league is up and running. I believe Laziale`` took the invisible trophy home in 2009 but the question is, who will take the top prize in 2010?

To get us started, I want to combine all team names with LF nicks so you all know who you\'re trying to beat out there.

I'm fairly sure I could fill in most of the blanks but as I am not 100%, I ask you to please come forward and say which team your managing. Unless, of course, you are too afraid

Last season, my internet went wonky on a few occasions and in time, I actually forgot about the league. I'll make sure that doesn't happen this season. The table that is updated weekly is the "Laziofever League" which is controlled by FPL and basically, most points wins. In addition to this, I will setup up our own, independent "Laziofever Cup." In order to win the cup, you must win more matchdays than anyone else in the league. I will keep track of this weekly and even latecomers who may struggle in the league can at least fight for the cup. In the result of a tie, the player with the most league points takes the cup.

I gave up on it a third way into last season but for 2009/10 I will try and update my team every match day.

Btw..... ArsenalNZ is a friend of mine, David (obviously an Arsenal fan).

I got him to join last year because we made a league the season before but not many people bothered updating their team and we ended up playing against each other - and it was too easy for me lol hope its okay? He likes Lazio too. :)

I also think that's NITRO but I need the guys of the said teams to come forward, to be sure.

How stupid is this. I chose the players 2 days ago and now see that three of them are already injured.

Yakubu, Toure and Grella.

I share your pain Jofo. One player (Nelsen) is injured, and Carragher may also be out for the first match.

Typical Jofo but you have a bunch of options, best one is probably to put two of them on your bench, transfer one out and transfer another in for free next week.

Don't worry bro. I already change Yakubu with Jo (Everton) and for Toure I have Corluka in the subs. Grella I mention just for the bad luck with the players I took him coz he was cheap. He'll be nailed to the bench
