Fantasy Premier League is over...

I know few of you ended up competing for the duration (the lack of transfers for many teams proves that) however, for those that are interested, here is the final Lazio Fever league table -


Congratulations to Xterer (piojo77) for the impressive win, he was out front for the majority of the season and never looked like being caught. (closely followed by yours truly of course ...)
We finished quite respectably on average out of the 193,333 leagues, imagine if we had all tried..

Gio and Pazke managed a late flourish, if you can call it that, to avoid total humiliation (I know, neither of you bothered!!) and Kris's team somehow rose from the depths to lower mid table...

Disregarding the obvious lack of interest, I enjoyed this (free!!) game and hopefully we can have a Lazio Fever league again.

I have to say, those rocky weeks for me around Christmas/January really threw my participation and moderation of these games. I apologise for that but let's try and get major participation going for the WC equivalents.

I'll be in Spain for a significant period of the World Cup (if this volcano behaves) but I am going to lay it all down and challenge you all to beat disadvantaged me
