Serie A: LAZIO-PARMA, Wednesday, 23-09-09

Parma have 2 young strikers paloschi and baibainy, Now baibainy is very fast if anyone saw him against inter he will know what i mean, paloschi is natural born goalscorer ,


so if any , i dont think we should consider this match as easy, but i hope we go back to winning ways !

Parma has as many points as us so far, and they havent played weaker opposition than us, so no room for thinking this will be an easy game. I am worried about the squad; we have played many games in a short period of time and against Catania it was evident we couldnt perform as good as we wanted all through the game.

3 points are essential against Parma, but something is telling me this will be alot tougher than expected...

So far we have 7 points from 4 games. With that kind of tempo we'd finish with 66 points which should be enough for 5/6th position. Now there's a whole season to go I know.

Parma are flying high, well above their objective capabilities, so it would be time for us to bring them down. After this game there's a really terrible schedule for us and unfortunately we're faced with an imperative again. The next "easy" game is a month from now at home vs cagliari.

A little of a must win allredy this early in the season. We need the win to bounce back from the quite shaky reasults in recent games and ofcourse psykologicly it's much easier for the squad to recover and play matches this tight as our scheduele is, when we have some things going our way.

This game will be difficult. We can not start the game as poorly as we did last time out. This has been a problem for a long time. Lack of concentration at the beginning of games. I want to see two strikers starting. Zarate and Cruz supported by Foggia. One striker starting did not work last time out.

FORZA LAZIO

Important game. Hope our players are still not too tired from the Catania game. It will be a battle, but I feel we can get all the points.

This will be a very difficult match. Parma is playing very good so far. They have a lot of fight. Lazio on the other hand seems to have no fight or spirit like last season. The players are in a bad funk right now. I hope they can't get out of it soon. They have a few injuries and no depth on the bench. I have watch every game so far and they haven't played a solid match yet except against Juventus. Pandev and Zarate played the best together. Zarate has not played that great with Cruz or Rocchi. He is trying to hard to score and never passes as much as he should. Which is driving me mad. I feel for him. The forwards miss to many chances. I know Cruz has 3 goals but he misses a lot of chances. The midfield is a lot weaker and slower with out Ledsema. Baronio is not a great player. He's been on loan almost every season. I hope Brocchi returns soon. The defense is not great. I think Rozehnal was a big lose for lazio. Lichsteiner has struggled compared to how great he played last season. This is a must win for Lazio so they can get some life and confidence back. But they have to give 100% for the full match and not do what they always do and just play for 20-45 minutes. I really hope the fans turn out for this match. If they play strong and hard they will win this match. I will keep my fingers crossed. Forza Lazio.

Hopefully we can get a win in this game, but I don't expect it to be easy at all. But 3 points should help our confidence going forward.

Yes, I would like to see two strikers and Foggia as well, to give us more of a presence and make us more of a threat in the final third. Certainly will not be an easy game, Parma may have inly just been promoted back to Serie A but they have quality in all departments. Still, it would be great to see a performance in which was assert ourselfs from the start and control the game from start to finish.

I hope baronio plays because he is a real creator and he dribbles like hell....even if we would have an 300 million euro extra money to buy players i wouldnt change baronio out...he has really r-found himself.....what a loser...i hope Ledesma will show up....that would be the best suprise.

Mate...i`m not the biggest fan of Baronio either but remember how Ledesma played last season ? He drived me mad... i feel no regrets for not having him.

I know....but ledesma needs to show some great moves to get away like he wants....he is begging to get back to the team...but lotito is hard as rock.
Im worried of this game...we are surely weaker then last year...

It will be difficult but hopefully the fans drive the team forward to a good result. In the last few games I've felt Lazio have been unlucky and deserved more than what the results suggest but concentration in vital moments have cost us dearly. I hope for a good turn around against a very impressive and well organised Parma side.

Unlikely, for the entire first half the fans will be silent as a sign of protest against "tessera del tifoso". We shouldn't wait until the second half to start playing, hopefully...

Seriously, Playing Foggia off one striker has not worked and probably wont. Roll on the return of Rocchi.

You cant play with one striker at home, its asking for a negative result. We need to be positive and play Cruz and Zarate as well as Foggia.
