In Ole a big Argentine newspaper there was a big article about Mauro Zarate.

It is a big article and I will translate later if I have time(I am very busy).

Briefly it says that Mauro have got his confidence back after a dismal spell in Qatar. He says that he is feeling on top of the world. He says that it hurt when Lotito said "Zarate is better then Messi" because Messi is one of the best in the world. Italian football is a lot more tactical then Argentine football when the reality dawned because Rossi asked Zarate to mark players more and also formations can switch mid-match like against Cagliari. Zarate also expects the call up in the the Argentine National team as well.

Zarate targets Lazio title

Mauro Zarate explains the great start to his Serie A career and why he can help Lazio “challenge for the Scudetto.”

The striker had recently plied his trade in Qatar and Birmingham City, but has hit the ground running in Italy with three goals in two games.

“I knew it would be easier for me to settle in Italy, as the country is similar to Argentina and that made everything more familiar,” he told Argentine news agency elgrafico.

“I really could not get accustomed to Qatar and that is why I asked to be sold.”

Zarate netted a spectacular goal in the 1-0 win over Sampdoria and aims to continue that run against Milan on Sunday evening, but his ambitions stretch beyond this weekend.

“Now everything is going fantastically well, but we still have to wait a little while. I hope that soon Lazio can challenge for the Scudetto.”

The 21-year-old has been banging in the goals and hopes to break into his international team.

“I will carry on working hard, then we will see. If you play well, then you can get your chances.”

He will... don't ever worry about that matter... the only key on this is zarate's happiness, as long as he's happy being with us... no problem at all...

Lotito is an unique personality but not that stupid to thrown all of his hardwork during the summer... so just let him be proud of himself because he (thought that he) found Zarate!

I dont think Lotito is stupid enough to miss that chance, not this time....
First of all it is installment payment.
Second of all Lazio financial situation is better and we can afford to spend more next year. Look at our supporters , they are back and our income will increase.
And finally everyone knows that Lotito is a businessman. He even should spend his own money at that incredible talent that we have here, simply because if today's value of Zarate is 20 million, tommorow it would be 40 million. It would be a clear profit for us , if eventually Zarate be sold....

It will be great if Lotitto buy us Zarate,he is really a fantastic player with bright future.

Lotito better send the cheque today or tomorrow before some other club buys Zarate.....

Yeah Bobo, I think most of us also underestimated the immediate impact he would have! I think we are lucky he has managed to integrate into the team so well and give us that crazy and dangerous unpredictability that he does. It would be easy to say he needs to put his chances away more clinically but I also don't want him to change at the moment and become less of a threat in general! Potential wise he is immense and luckily he is also performing now. Forza Zarate!

Both Zarate and Hamsik are better then the rest of these guys...
