I´m a member of my own club. Here we respect eachother, that's important to know and understand. Many laziali from Sweden stopped visit the Lazio Forum in SvenskaFans beacuse of people like you. You show no respect for others in the family and you talk like you are little kid. If you like Rossi then keep like him, nobody is stopping you but if you keep dreaming that you are something then I ask you frendly ... Show more respect! We all here love Lazio.

| My name is Viktor not Konrad (ffs!!)
But as I wrote on svenskafans:
- Rossis wage is about 300 000euro
- That´s not alot of money.
- The problem can´t be about the cost for hiring a new coach.
- The problem is Lotito.
- The problem with Lotito is
1. Lousy personality. 2. No Vision. 3. No knowledge about football nor the fanculture surrounding football.
So you can all continue blasting Rossi but it´s pointless. What would make a difference is to abandon the team as long as Lotito is the president.

| Please nobody take offence to anything I say in this post. It's not meant to cause offence.
Unfortunately, yet inevitably, we have a mighty big fence. On one side of it you have a bunch (and probably the majority) of harsh Rossi critics who want him gone from the club. On the other side, you have a handful of individuals who don't necessarily want Rossi to remain but know it's for the best. I'm sitting on the fence but if I had to take a side, I would jump over to the Rossi supporters side.
Why? There's a multitude of good reasons why.
First of all, the candidates the Rossi haters are suggesting are not realistic or sensible.
Mancini? 10 times too expensive, walked out on us already, not worth the hassle.
Simeone? Did well with River at first, but then River are an excellent side and then he went and did the equivalent with them as Rossi getting us relegated. No Serie A experience, a lack of experience in general, forget it.
Mihajlovic? Been managing for a matter of weeks. Doing well but are you guys serious? We would be as well off employing Siviglia...
I believe there are better coaches out there for Lazio that we can afford and who would do better than Delio BUT they are contracted and 1. we shouldn't be looking to steal them and get a bad rep and 2. we would have to pay too much to get them in the first place.
Perhaps it has been a mistake keeping Delio as long as we have but his first two seasons with us were remarkable and good coaches don't turn bad overnight. The problem is, as centrocampista pointed out, is Lotito is a difficult man to work with. It's tough enough finding a manager willing enough to put up with his bull never mind one of Rossi's calibre.
If you want to disagree with me, then I will listen but please look at all the factors first.

| I´m really hoping for Del Neri because I happen to think he´s great with 4 - 4 - 2 lineups. But we haven´t got the wingers for a 4 - 4 - 2 lineup so it´s probably not a good idea. | |

| Great. Is good to see this bunch of fella going to act and behave as many others in different forums: offending and cheating each other on each discussion about Lazio.
There are 8 Pages, 8 , for this petition! What a strenght u gave to spent your time for this issue!!!
I am amazed! Not even when we won a Derby i noticed so much time and dedication! Not even when we talk about a clear victory!
But here we demonstrate what is goin on between laziali in rome. Tons of topics, discussion, fights, sms to the radio station , live calls, suggestions, new players , new trainer, New president, New formello..... during the last week i heard ONLY ppl ready for changing something .
C'mon fella, call Aladdin and the magic lamp and catch your 3 desire! Is so easy to change a trainer, a President, the whole team with the counciousness that is impossible in the real life!
Let me tell you something: I respect all of you for ideas , opinions, and different way to support Lazio but check the topics , look around you , and find for me a topic with 2 simple words...Cmon Lazio-
Sorry for my words, but i am here in rome surrounded by negative ppl and as a Lazio supporter i will be the last to keep the Eagle down in the ground.

| well said Paolo, I agree wholeheartedly with you.
I always feel it's productive to discuss the situation at Lazio but I have observed a negativity at LF that I've rarely seen before.
Some people's negative views were annoying in the ChatBox and some opinions have been hard to hear but I empathise with everyone.

| Everybody loves Lazio her. I don't think it is anyone who want's to see Lazio whit big big economic problems agian (we still have but not like before) and see Lazio in Serie B. We Love Lazio like we love our family, that's big. We want to see the club as high as possible. But that dousen't mean we don't want changes. If someone here want changes every weekend then I understand. But when it is many laziali together and they take it 100% seruisly, then we all just have to accept even maybe if we don't think the same of the situation. Football is football. But for some it is even much much bigger. NON MOLLARE MAI!!! | |

If you want to disagree with me, then I will listen but please look at all the factors first. Amen!!! its easy to say sack Rossi and chant for "Simeo Simeo Simeone", sounds good. Reality is it won't fix the problem and Lotito won't be bringing in Simeone, Mihajlovic or any ex-idol of the curva anyway. We all know why, not getting into Lotito's lack of lazialita' here. The manager's I'd consider would be Walter Mazzarri, Marco Giampaolo and Mario Beretta. Mazzarri is famous for taking squads to their max potential. Reggina with a 15-pt penalty survived thanks to him. Take away the penalty and they were 2 pts from Europe. Then he goes to Samp and leads them to challenge for 4th place. Giampaolo - Tactically one of the best; a master of an attacking brand of football. With our attacking strength that would be a real team to fear. Also has the smarts to do well in Italy and has worked miracles at Cagliari, Ascoli and now impressing at Siena. Beretta - Master of the defensive side. Would be the man to fix our backline as best as possible. Built formidabble sides at Siena and this year at Lecce which dont give up goals. That said, Rossi is here. He has a contract til season's end. Stability is important for any football club and Lazio is no exception. This is a project and if Lazio end the season and decide that Rossi can no longer help then they will part ways without wasting a euro. I dont believe that we can bring in a quality manager in the short term that will improve us. If we sack Delio now, we'll end up with an average boss that wont improve anything. I say stick it out, see how the rest of the season goes, probably we'll end up mid-table and then make a move for a real quality coach like one listed above.

Giampaolo is just a good coach for small teams which are trying to avoid relegation. That's how Italian football works. talented coaches like him, all of them, start off in Serie B, then with relegation battlers. Once they prove themselves like he has done, they get gigs with bigger teams like us. We arent going to get Lippi or Capello.

| Yeh , I also don't think Giampaolo the right man for Lazio, it's like having another Rossi.. The only problem is, we need someone who could work and put up with Lotito, it won't be easy, my pick would be Mazzari, Although, I wouldn't mind waiting untill the end of this season.. If we didn't make it to Europe next season, then surely we need a change.. My wild dream is having Signori as our coach, sadly, he just got fired (sacked) from Ternana, he would be available, but given his limited experience in coaching, I doubt it will happen | |

| I think Giampaolo would be good because his strengths match ours.
Signori is a DS, so the person he'd replace would be Igli Tare. Wouldnt mind that actually. Wonder if Lotito will look to get him on board and maybe give Tare a different role at the club.
but I really think if we sack Rossi mid-season, we wont get a good replacement. We'll get a Papadopulo or a Camolese. Someone out of a job. I prefer to wait til June and get a real quality coach, maybe from another team.
