Yes in all probablity. As explained: i) Lotito is the President as long as he owns the majority stake in Lazio. ii) Lotito has no intention of selling the stake.

ii) Lotito has no intention of selling the stake. Lazio have no bright future definitely for next 20-30 years

Lazio have no bright future definitely for next 20-30 years Hopefully Lotito will not be President for the next 20-30 years. But if so then yep, very likely.

| The fact is, we will never win the Scudetto under Lotito. We need to do a proper Mercato and not a half a*sed job.
We need a president with ambition. We need a coach with ambition. We need no lies but truth. Actions speak louder than words so why does'nt Lotito back it up?
I hope Lotito is forced to sell most of his shares and another majority holders buys Lotito's shares and takes full control of the club.

| Could someone please tell me about Ernesto Bertarelli, a very wealthy man (52nd in the world), supposed to be a Laziale?....are there any rumors about a takeover from him, or is this just a dream? Please share... | |

I wonder if Ernesto Bertarelli, still owns shares in Lazio. I recall in 2004 hearing Ernesto had owned shares in Lazio. If and when Lotito has to sell his small shares, Ernesto should buy them.

| Lotito won't go to jail because.... 1. He knows how to talk. 2. He knows how to treat players, Laziali and press. 3. He knows how to pay a skillful lawyer. 4. He knows how to cheat. 5. He knows how to save his ass. Most of all he simply know how to ruin us. It about time until the foundation of SSL 2010 (Societa Sportivo Lotito) | |

If he was interested, he would have bought Lazio years ago. He could have been a Lazio supporter, they had a poll a while ago (Piazzadellaliberta.it), begging him if he was interested in buying Lazio, his answer was plain and simple, he wasn't interested..

If he was interested, he would have bought Lazio years ago. He could have been a Lazio supporter, they had a poll a while ago (Piazzadellaliberta.it), begging him if he was interested in buying Lazio, his answer was plain and simple, he wasn't interested.. The story about Bertarelli and his interest in taking over S.S. Lazio is painful, debated, controversial. His father was a Lazio fan, and the story that people shared is that Ernesto promised his dad to take over Lazio, one day. Despite the fact this might be true or not, more than one people did swear Bertarelli was once truly interested in taking over the club. Among them, the deputy president of Polisportiva Lazio, Mr Pessi, and the finance journal Milano Finanza. Pessi revealed that there were indeed talks about a "Sailing sports section" in Lazio, after the arrival of Bertarelli. Other people were accused to build up this false news to gain on Lazio shares. A process started, and this story it's still going on. It didn't happen at that time, and the hopes many had slowly faded. But did not disappear completely. We could talk about what, if there really was interest, had really happened. We could talk about mafia-governing rules that apply to the football. We could talk about powers and palazzo... but we would still be guessing. I'm sure, however, one day we will know.
