Hopefully Zarate will follow him soon in that same way.

I like this kind of matches for many reasons:
1) when u suffer like the hell the victory have a different perfume.
2) some players are more motivated and some have more "head" then others and this make the difference: Baronio and Matu.
3) 6 points aloud us to risk against la Juve and play with more "fun".

With this kind of play we will lose to Juve like riomma did.....what a awful game...theres no system....chievo were very dangerous and they have one hell of a good team. At the moment i just cant realize why Foggia i not in the starting eleven....its almost like Manfredini starts in goal for Muslera....Balla think twice and think a bit longer for next week.
I havent seen any good game from the start of official games....but one thing is for sure....somebody is giving us that such needed luck...we have been so lucky...unbelieveable....if i would know we have that luck till the end of the season then i would accept smelling as football and win all the games.
As i see....Mauri is still nothing....Matuzalem is very slow in dribbling...Baronio is like he is-maybe as a third sub someday...LEDESMA PLEASE RENEW. The midfield has no creativity....the thing that Foggia can do the best.
I am really dissapointed with the play but yes....we have those 6 points from 6 What a great start......and riomma lays on the last place
Also Cruz is out of form but today he scored that vital penalty and was where he was supposed to be....i hope he has that much needed confidence to bounce for many many goals.
Very nervouse to meet a great Juve side....i hope we win...that will be a super boost for everyone.

Baronio was more than solid; I'm really disappointed at the barrage of abuse people give him. It's the same with Cruz, he was being a branded a stupid signing until he scored two goals and effectively won us the game. It also disheartens me how Cribari gets sent off for a foul on the same level of idiocy as Kolarov's midweek but for Kola, it was because the ref was an idiot and for Emilson, it was because he was an idiot. Both players have been very good for us so far this season and everyone makes mistakes.

The point is, we won against a side we generally struggle against and we won in the most difficult of circumstances.

Good news to come home to! Cruz scoring 2 is great. Rubentus next!

Actualy i believe that Baronio and Mauri were very good. And not just in this match. I said many times in the last 2 seasons that Mauri is not for Lazio but it seems that now he wake up..and i will recognize when someone is doing a good job. Mauri is doing such a thing this days.

Lazio problem is that we play without central defenders. We are always 9 in the field.

We did well told hold out for so long, 30 odd minutes with ten men was a victory in itself. 2 games 2 wins, fantastic. But, the danger signs are there for me, and unless we sort out the 2 key positions, CB+CM, then we may not fulfill the potential that we clearly have as a side this season.

Tough match but a good one and with it a great result!

Radu in CB position was always going to be a liability, still a good performance by the team gave us the win. Cribari's idiotic fouls almost cost us, luckily for us Zarate kept the play as far from our box as possible.

This Baronio issue is really intriguing. The guy has not made a single bad call so far and he's given all this heat for what??

It was Dabo who gave the ball to Inter that produced Eto'o's goal.
It was Brocchi's mistakes that gave Elfsborg the goals.
It was Kolarov's hot temper that left us with 10 players against Elfsborg.
It was Radu's inability to play CB that allowed Pellissier the goal.
It was Cribari's two stupid fouls that left us hanging.

And still Baronio is the topic of discussion. And it's really funny cuz, being in the chat today, I noticed that people who are criticizing now haven't even had the chance to watch the entire game cuz their stream was going on and off I guess the empty can does rattle the most.

2 things:

1) That Muslera's wriggling on the floor as a caterpillar to keep the ball inside the box made me laugh my ass off. All stretched out, hands on the ball, pushing himself forward with his toes, that was fucking priceless and boy were the donkeys pissed
2) We should start a petition to rename the "flying donkeys" to "falling donkeys" or better yet "falling asses", they attempted at least 5 dives in the box, pathetic, and then Kola gets booked

...well this game remind me like Vs Inter...not convincing and with lots of luck...Muslera was good but he made one very seriose mistake...also i think that Diakite should be in first 11 in this squad...after first yellow to Baronio and Cribari i say to my friend that we gonna make red card, it was so obvious....

I wouldn't say we were lucky as such. We hit the crossbar twice, once from a Zarate free kick and a Kolarov chip attempt from the halfway line. Neither side created too many chances but we put ours away and Chievo didn't. I don't call that luck but of course, I've seen much better performances.

Subs? Diakite' for Cruz, Scaloni for Dabo and Rocchi for Zarate at the end, to waste a few seconds.

Yes, as Caxi said it could have been four goals instead of two with a bit of luck. Against Chievo's two, three..? I think both teams seemed a little restless and there was a lot of tension in the air tonight from what I could see.

Missed the game, but love the result. WE ARE OFF TO A WONDERFUL START!!!!

we where playing "catanagio" all players in defence just Zarate at the half field...Foggia is very offensive so thats why Scaloni enter...also Diakite enter cuz" Cribari was sent off - red card (second yellow)...the last 25min we where playing just defence...

Solid victory. Especially considering we were one nil down. Happy that Cruz and scored and happy for Baronio. Hope he keeps up the good work.

dont know if i can say it was a solid victory, Chievo had some really good chanses and the penalty we got.......dont know But i am happy we got 3 points and see Cruz score but we must play better.
