| At Gio.... No they don't do the haka its only the All Blacks rugby team that do it - along with the other rugby teams like NZ Maori. The Kiwis rugby league team perform it as well (NZ are the current World Cup League champions beating Ozzie last year! hehe) and I have seen the basketball team do the haka as well. And I have no idea why they are called the 'All Whites' Gio.... the NZ badminton team used to be called the 'Black Cocks'.... hahahaha but they changed it a year or 2 ago now to something more 'appropriate' perhaps. It raised some big debate over here because apparently some other federations were complaining about it lol At Testa.... that embarrassing 4-2 away loss to Vanuatu was unbelievable. I don't follow NZ football at all, I only heard about that loss like 2 months later lol.... but the team made up for it by winning the Oceania Cup 2008 by ousting the likes of Vanuatu, Fiji and New Caledonia! Shane Smeltz would have to be the best player for NZ atm but sadly he will be playing for Gold Coast next season.... Ryan Nelsen at Blackburn and Simon Elliott at the San Jose Earthquakes are the two others who are at perhaps the 'pinnacle' of NZ football.... there are some playing in the MLS and Chris Killen is at Celtic. The rest are either playing in the A-League (with either the mighty Wellington Phoenix or Australian clubs), NZ Division 1 or around Europe with teams from Scotland, Finland, Greece, etc. Out of the A-League I like Adelaide United too don't know why but like watching them play most out of any other team, and the Queensland Roar - that's because I have only been to the Queensland region while on holiday in Australia so that's probably why. During the old league I liked Perth. They had a really good team back then. The coming season with 2 new teams (Gold Coast and North Queensland) should be good.... Robbie Fowler will be playing for the North Queensland Fury! Remember when Sasho Petrovski was linked with Lazio about 2 seasons ago? Hahahaha what a joke that was! | |

| So sheva can still play a bit with a great cross to Inzaghi, and Milan win 2 - 0 with 2 goals in injury time. A very good game to watch. | |

| Just saw a bit of the riomma vs Bologna replay on ESPN now (only the first half hour or so).... man how I miss Mudingayi this guy was everywhere, rough tackling all the riommanistas, not giving them time on the ball.... I miss him so much, he is the type of player Lazio have really needed this season. So determined and full of heart, never stops giving it his all. A true warrior. Forza Gaby! On another note riomma got a silly penalty kick awarded to them and tottina barely squeezed it past Antonioli. Sinisa was joking with the linesman after the referee had given the penalty which was nice to see. riomma started off quite well attacking from the first second but drifted off a bit after their goal and Bologna fully deserved their goal. Menez is one slimy, sneaky little fucker (as is the entire team), complained to the ref after Gaby knocked him out at the half way line but got nothing out of it apart from a free kick! Mexes is quite the actress too. | |

this is so unusual!! It is Easter Sunday that's why no games will be played on Sunday. I don't really know the reason why the derby is at 15:00.

| Official - Bologna sack Mihajlovic Tuesday 14 April, 2009 It is now official that Bologna have axed Sinisa Mihajlovic and brought in Giuseppe Papadopulo. Mihajlovic made a bright start to life on the Bologna bench when he replaced Daniele Arrigoni in November. But things turned sour in 2009 and the Felsinei's thumping 4-1 defeat against Siena at the weekend convinced President Francesco Menarini that it was time for a change. The new man is former Lazio boss Papadopulo, who is seen as a safe pair of hands. Papa led Lecce up from Serie B last season but refused to stay on at Via Del Mare and has been unemployed since. He will be presented at the Niccolò Galli Centre at 1pm today and has the task of overhauling Torino to ensure Serie A survival. The Emilia-Romagna outfit currently trail Toro by one point and are five behind Chievo, while 19th-placed Lecce are nipping at their heels. http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/apr14f.html | |

| They didnt give Mihajlovic very much time. However, it was a risk putting him as headcoach and obviously they didnt get what they needed out of him. Lets see what Papa can make the team do...as always, the race in the bottom will be a tight one... | |

| I am not the biggest fan of Giuseppe Papadopulo but I will always have respect for the man. In his first match in charge of Lazio at the beginning of 2005 he brought us a 3-1 victory against Merda. First win over the bastardos in how many seasons? What more could you ask?
Hope he does well to keep Bologna up. They don't deserve to be relegated. As for Mihajlovic its harsh. He wasn't given enough time but as Cash pointed out, it was a risk on behalf of the Bologna management to give him the head coach role with such limited experience. All the best Miha!

| Firstly, Papadopulo is a very decent coach and I would expect him to keep Bologna up.
Secondly, taking on Mihajlovic was a risk but I feel it was a risk that paid off. The only problem is, Bologna are going through a rough period now and they need an impetus. Sacking Mihajlovic and bringing in Papadopulo may provide that. If Bologna were a solid mid table team languishing in 16th it would be a different story. They have to ensure survival and it was beginning to look like Miha was incapable of doing that hence the change.
Miha is nowhere near the standard I want at Lazio but perhaps one day.

| I actually hope Bologna beat the drop, a club with a great tradition and history that deserves serie A status. Maybe a coaching change this time will give new life to them, or maybe it will continue to add to their woes as the change to Mihjalovic didnt exactly work out. They have to be strong at home and improve on a poor three wins at home, although three wins on the road shows some character and they will need that to beat Palermo this week thats for sure. Torino have found a little form with a win at home last weekend, looks like the final relegation spot will be between these two sleeping giants. | |

The penalty kick was totally ridiculous... baptista's dive is incredibly clear. Adriano got a two matches ban for much less, let's see what happens now.

Well, merda has been given lots of help by the refs recently. The penalty today I did not see but I heard it was a true disgrace. Add to that the two dodgy penalties they got against Bologna and I think the debate in Italy should be hot enough for the refs to wake up. merda is a club that everyone expects shpuld be in the top of the league, but these obvious penalties that are more like gifts from the ref than an actual foul is a too much to only be neglected.
