@ Nesta - Eguren not coming - failed medical. Rumours - Ederson and Hitzlsperger(brilliant left foot)

I'm happy with Hitzlsperger (very difficult name) and Ederson, but won't get exciting just yet until its official!

If we really take Ederson and Hitzlsperger it will be awesome! Both of them are world class players and would be warm welcomed by me.
Sad to see that Eguren won't get a try with us but the above players are better then him.

Eguren is non-EU and he has failed his medical, but signed a contract I think. So we need to send him back to Villarreal. There could be problems here???? Eguren saga aint over. He has a Swedish passport so I don't get this.

Ederson is non-EU too and this means we need a free EU place to get him. Deal has been agreed with him and Lyon.

To free up another non-EU place we must get rid of Makinwa. Lecce are interested.

If he goes back to Villarreal there will be no problems getting Ederson, otherwise we are stuck with Eguren and will need to get rid of Makinwa to get Ederson.

don't believe we have a contract with him..it wouldn't be wise ... and what about his swedish pass...something is wrong here for sure

I think lotito changed his mind, lotito had a deal with Villareal, then out of nowhere Ederson was offered to us by Lyon, he thought he could have got better deal by signing Ederson rather than Eguren, so he sent him back to Villareal, and claimed he failed his health check..

I looked into it more and apparently Eguren does have a Swedish passport but under Italian law this is still considered non-EU. Massive WTF????

And apparently the contracts were signed before the medicals and so we are relying on Villarreal to just take him back.

Also, Rennes have offered 10 million for Ederson and Fiorentina are interested too so there is competition here.
