| Let's see if Brasil can show some football today...
Match is over. It wasn't a good game at all. Neither Brasil nor Argentina showed good football. A disapointing 0-0

| I love the South American Qualifiers! It's like a mini tournament in itself. I would love to see Chile go through and somehow Brazil not! | |

| While our players keep playing with no passion and our coach keeps doing this horrible job, we will continue to lose. Even so, I believe Brasil will qualify (maybe it's destiny, we were so bad at 1993 qualifiers and only got a place for the 1994 World Cup in the last match against Venezuela and we ended up champions. I hope it happens again! haha) For me, those are going to be the ones in the World Cup from South America: Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay (One of them winning the playoff against a team from concacaf). | |

| Colombia is doing well, im afraid of them The next games in september will be Brazil and Colombia, both home thanks God Dunga and Chemo del Solar are 2 coaches in problems ... IMO del Solar should be out, he should resign but he said is not the time yet ... if is not the time after loose 6 -0, I dont know when Dunga killed the "jogo bonito" ... he should go too | |

| I like the South American qualifiers.... I get to see the highlights but never the full games here in NZ they always have such excitement and generally alot of goals - some insane ones too. Would be nice to see Chile and the next WC and it would be funny if Brazil did not reach it but they will, they always do.... Paraguay seem to be doing well and always nice to see Argentina ahead of the Brazilians hehe | |

| Lippi is heavily tipped to succeed Roberto Donadoni, who is almost certain to leave his post in the coming days following the Euro 2008 quarter final exit to Spain last Sunday.
The Viareggio-born tactician, who led Italy to World Cup glory in 2006, has already started making plans ahead of the 2010 World Cup campaign.
The 60-year-old will bring Ciro Ferrara and Angelo Peruzzi as part of his backroom staff. The former has rejected the chance to take over as the boss of Reggina in order to be with Lippi.
Lippi will also confirm goalkeeping coach Ivano Bordon, and doctor Enrico Castellacci.
On the playing side of things, the Paul Newman-look-alike will immediately axe the ageing Christian Panucci, Marco Materazzi and Massimo Ambrosini, who have all probably played their last games for their country.
Antonio Cassano is also heavily at risk, as Lippi is not convinced by the effectiveness of the Sampdoria man. Those who will be recalled are Vincenzo Iaquinta, Alberto Gilardino and Daniele Bonera, while Francesco Totti and Alessandro Nesta could be pressed out of retirement.

I like Brazil too, nothing against them its just that after Bulgaria I like the Italian, German and Argentinian national teams the most.
