Lotito: "Pandev and Ledesma? No problems"

Yesterday, Claudio Lotito made an appearance in the trainingcamp in Auronzo di Cadore. The Lazio President was present at the trainingmatch against Padova and took the first contacts to Goran Pandev and Cristian Ledesma, the two most delicate situations with regards to the contract renewals. These problems must be solved before the new year. On sunday the 4th of august, a dream became reality for 16 Chinese superfans of SS Lazio who had the opportunity to meet with the Italian-olympic team players Lorenzo De Silvestri and Tommaso Rocchi. Laziofever, the organization for foreign Lazio fans around the world, set up a meeting in Qinhuangdao, a city in the Hibei region. The Chinese connection of Laziofly.com, the ultimate Lazio supporting group in China, sent out approximately 16 fans to represent their community.

It has been a fantastic experience for the people of the country that organizes this year - heavily contested - olympics.

Lotito defends himself

Yesterday morning Lazio handed in the defensive notes on the Mutarelli case. As it is known, the midfielder has recently asked the Lega Calcio for the unilateral rescission of his contract with the biancocelesti, after judging unfair the way Lazio has treated him.

Lotito, however, is sure to have done things right. He said that dividing the players into two groups, one in Auronzo and one in Formello was due to organizational reasons only, and that the players remained in Formello had the same treatment as the others. Lazio also asked for the possibility to question some witnesses.
