| Stendardo to Udinese makes more sense because we want to keep Zauri and maybe Foggia to bargain for Domizzi, however, Stendardo would favour a move to Napoli rather than Udinese I would imagine, so we need to wait and see if Stendardo accpets a transfer to Udinese.
it concerns me that Domizzi would consider a move to Roma, according to his agent.

| Could someone please make a quick list of players who are linked to us and players who will possibly leave us? I guess it will help putting the topic back to track. | |

| the reason why suggestions and stupid talk is taking place here is because no new rumours are surfacing. we are only really linked to signing these players:
- Domizzi - Moti - Pinzi - Augusto Fernandez
linked with moves away are the following:
- Zauri - Stendardo - Baronio - Mutarelli - Foggia - Baronio
these are the main ones, it is possible to add more names but these are the only ones currently being mentioned.
i've just set up a poll on another topic as this section will only become free of suggestions when new rumours come around.

| Ok, this is becoming tedious.
All the boys in here, stand to the right, and all the men in here, stand to the left.
Now the men in the left side, give the boys on the right a slap.
Now i hope the slap has awaken you.
NOW READ THE TITLE OF THIS THREAD.
Yes, TRANSFERS AND RUMOURS SEASON 08/09. Its not for SEASON 25/26 as thats the only time we can afford Messi, etc as they will be football pensioners then.
OK, please, back to the topic. Its becoming a total mess. I am trying to see the lates rumours and all I am seeing is a mess.
There are many people out there like me, that like to pop in to see the latest rumours and transfer links, but there is a massive argument going in here and dreams.
Ok, I made my point, I hope I havent offended anyone.
Yes we are all Laziale's, but please respect the forums.
THANKS | |

| conceicao 14 I fully agree with you, but also I think the off topic particularly in these thread is inevitable. For that reason , our very kind hosts have made a thread Rumours and Transfers by LF team. There are the most reliable news , and who worth the trouble. | |

| yes, the LazioFever team have produced a section where you can drop in and find the news and rumours, we should all make use of that.
this thread should be used to discuss it. it is an inevitability that off-topic conversations occur here. however, I think there's a huge difference between pointing out an interesting prospect that may be attainable (like I did with Ivanovic) and people talking about players we have no hope of signing like Messi and Robinho, because today there were 2 pages full of posts which regarded nothing transfer or rumour related.
when I mentioned Ivanovic I was making a relevant point, but people then got into a debate about him and it was frustrating. so I think we should all mkae a greater effort to keep off-topic points brief and in every post relate back to the title of the thread.

| I see this topic has turned into quite a mess !!
This is of course the problem by having one topic, where all transfers, rumours, voices, untrue stories etc. etc. are gathered. Discussions easily get off topic and many discussions take place at the same time. It´s inevitable. From reading a few of your posts, I understand that some members are missing the overview.
We at Laziofever know very well that the "Transfers & Rumours" section is well known for easily becoming a chaos. It´s a popular section generally and especially during this time of the year, there are tons of news every day. Some are reliable, some are thin air. You have to navigate yourself in this jungle, knowing what sites/papers are serious and might have some real sources to their news items/articles.
We want to create a section that gives as much overview as possible. This is why we have opened the news sections and this is why we don´t want new topics in this section, unless they concern a player who Lazio is seriously interested in. It´s not our intension to have a strict moderation in this forum, but on the other hand, it´s our ambition to have a serious forum providing our members and visitors with a reliable and correct overview over Lazio´s market operations.
When we "cleaned" this section, so that it only includes topics with players Lazio are or was trying to sign, we decided to leave this topic open, since there is a need among our members to have a free spot where discussions can run wild and things are less structured. This means that in this topic, you can base discussions on every news item you might find interesting, reliable or not.
Some members have been expressing what can only be considered as wishful thinking. That is also ok, but maybe it would be a good idea to keep that aspect at a reasonable level, since all members have a responsibility in keeping the main topic on track and thus not killing the overview for yourself and your fellow members.
Let´s move on. Please continue...
Thanks | |

| ok, I'm going to get this thread moving again by making a few points.
There is a serious amount of confusion regarding the negotiation of transfers for Domizzi, Moti, Pinzi and Fernandez. It just seems nobody has any idea if and how these deals are being done, therefore there is other issues which are clearly more important.
The main one is cutting down the squad size.
Pisa have expressed an interested in something like 5 of our players. Lotito needs to get the ball rlling with this one. He needs to get rid of anyone surplus to requirements before it affects pre-season preparations.
Lotito made a decision to keep Rossi as coach, but they have different opinions regarding Stendardo and Foggia it seems. As far as I can see it, Lotito is willing to let Stendardo go, but not Foggia. This seriously needs to be resolved. I think the majority of us hope that Rossi swallows some pride and decides to keep Foggia.
We need verastile players, Foggia is one, Beharmi and Zauri are others, but they're probably leaving. Lotito needs to be very careful, if he trims down his squad now, it means he has to get in a few players nearer the deadline. That would be playing with fire. If he is not careful, we'll end up with the same lack of depth we had last season and injuries would once again through us into chaos. I think the attack is covered as this stage, but defence and midfield certainly is not. Defence may be alright with one more purchase, so long as Tuia makes the step up. Midfield is going to be fine too because it appears as though we are keeping Manfredini, Meghni, Firmani and Del Nero, but, you see the depth issue already.
Now we have also been linked to Paolo Caballero. I know nothing about this kid.
Discuss any of those points and get the thread going again.

| Ledesma comunitario Secondo indiscrezioni pare sia giunta a buon fine la pratica legata al passaporto comunitario di Cristian Ledesma. Seguiranno aggiornamenti. Piazza della Libertà.it According to PDL Ledesma got an italian passport!? thats will free the space to immediatley sign Fernandez. - drazvan wrote:
- Almeyda+cash for Crespo was one of the best deals we ever made...remember that Crespo was top scorer in his first season with us?...
drazvan, Almeyda and Concesiao deal to bring Crespo was the 1st sign that we are going down. To lose 2 important scudetto winners players and above all 100% true Laziale to a player that with all my due respect to him keep jumping to the one that offers more money was a big mistake, BTW just look to his all carrer pathway (River Plate - Parma - Lazio - Inter - Chelsea - Milan - Chelsea - Inter - Rioma!) Believe it or not, they were my favourite players once upon the time. I will never forget when Concesiao refused to clelebrate when he scored against us. I still feel sorry for both of them, one of the worst things that Cragnotti did.

| I always felt Almeyda and Conceicao played for the shirt, Almeyda will always be my favourite player and Conceicao, well, I'd still like to see him in our colours!
hopefully, Augusto Fernandez (if he arrives) and Zarate will play with the same passion.
the rumours are really drying up, I;m getting concerned.

| I'm looking forward to sign Augusto Fernandez! That would be just amazing :) Our line-up for the next season starts to shape up:
Carizzo De Silvestri - Rozenhal, Cribari - Radu Pinzi/Fernandez, Ledesma, Dabo Rocchi Pandev, Zarate
just perfect. | |

| that lineup is absolutely brilliant compared to last season
although the central defenders still worry me, and I think Pinzi would be a far better signing than Fernandez because he is Laziale and has already proven himself in Serie A so we know that he will be great for us.

| http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=772665Cribari Wants To Commit To Lazio Lazio defender Sanchez Cribari is hoping to pledge his long-term future to the club, and wants to sign a new contract and eventually become captain. Cribari Wants To Commit To Lazio The Brazilian has developed into a key member of the team since joining the Biancocelesti from Udinese in 2005. The 28-year-old did not have the best of seasons last campaign though, with the backline conceding a whopping 51 goals in Serie A. However Cribari is ready to pledge his future to the club, and is hoping to sign a new contract. “I spoke to Delio Rossi before I went to Brazil and I told him that I would commit to Lazio without asking the moon or a guaranteed starting place,” he told Radio Radio TV. “I really identify with this team and the shirt and I love being in Rome. I told the President that I would be happy to sign a renewal at once. “I’m not looking for more money, that doesn’t come into it. My main objective is just to stay and eventually become captain.” Cribari made 31 Serie A appearances last season. | |
