Anyone watch the Eurovision song contest? Not actually that bad this year, no crazy cartoon characters flying about or robots or Finnish Warrior Goths...
I have watch and although I have very low opinion about Eurovision in my country is "big thing" considering we don't have some major festivals of our own. Not to mention our current music stage.
I don't know why Norway was so big favorite, their song was noting special. I like the Iceland girl.
Icelandic girl was amazing!!! The Turks were not bad either!

You know that expression "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"
Work work work then study study study then a cup of coffee and a game of footy and then back to work again. Notice how it's 3 times more boring craap than the fun stuff.
This time last year I had 21 exams left. Today I counted I have 12 left. If that's any indication I'll get my degree in the summer of 2010 ffs. On the other hand, my temp student job pays better than the job I'd have with a diploma. And you wouldn't believe how boring 19th century croatian history really is.

I'm sorry guys, but the highlight of the night was the vote announcer from Armenia...wowzah, I turned to my housemate whose cigarette had fallen completely out of his mouth.

Oh heck yeah Caxi! She was incredible! I was going mad at the BBC for having her picture so small...

That's better Caxi!
I saw Eurovision too! All the way in NZ!
First time I've ever watched it. Really only saw the last hour and half. Don't see what was so special about Norway too. The Icelandic girl was better. Also thought Ukraine, Azerbaijan and the UK did well.
Just a question, where were the hosts/announcers from?

Hahah I wasn't in the video but I was there. My city was attack by the Tartan army. They were thousands. But great supporters though. We mix together and have lot of fun and beers of course.
True fans indeed, only care about football and spending great time. No troubles, no incidents.
I'm thinking to go to Scotland for the next game but we'll see. Exams and other uni shits.

You should Jofo. I would get a ticket and sit with the Macedonians if you did.

I know its too early but do you know much the tickets will cost. The game is on 5 of September and all I know is that in September we'll have exam week but the exams aren't still confirmed.
We'll see, anything is possible.

I was in a carcrash yesterday shortly after the Juve game. Got hit head on and my poor car is wrecked. Gonna be a big insurance job. My wrist is f*cked, my back and neck hurt but I thank God there were only minor injuries!
