Agree. No matter that we win he must leave after this season.

100% but after all he deserve deep respect from us (especially what he's done in derby) at least until the end of the season.

yeah & it`s the best time that he has all respect from us, so he must go in zenith, but i think he has this decision after coppa & he really think he can reach final so i think he has this right that we give him this chance

With atleast 1 great central defender we would be fighting for a CL-place. If the fans show support for Rossi then the players will follow.
In my book there was 1 - 2 games this season where I was really disapointed with the coach - that´s it not more then 1 - 2games.
Mark my words. If Lotito gives longterm contracts to Pandev, Ledesma and Zarate then that trio will stand behind Rossi and so will the rest of the squad.

Rossi has beaten rioma 3 times with great results... 3-0 , 3-2 , 4-2
Do you remember Mancini? when he was our coach, we were always a loser in Derby!
Forza Rossi... he is much better than Spaleti... second half proved this!

yeah all of that u said was true, but our say is that if we want more than what we are we must bring a better coach than delio, if not our maximom with him is uefa cup & even for that we must race all time & even our uefa spot is not secure. & about derby i dont think that this game in whole of world rely on players not at all coaches in derbies.
any way i think we have this season potentially to go to CL as u see how was better than viola in face to face games our problme was that we loos to really weaker teams than ours & even in our home
any way i think we must respect to delio but his ability is not more than this although we need & want more

What can Rossi do when we don't even have Serie B standard of central defenders. They're the back bone of the team, and of course you're not going to get results if the team concedes early on with stupid mistakes and the midfield have to make extra efforts to cover for our below-par defenders. You cant always rely on the magic Zarate, Pandev and Rocchi can create. Rozenhal and Siviglia are finished, Cribari is way too inconsistant.
We need a new pair of central defenders, give Ledesma, Zarate, Pandev, Kolarov, Licht, Matuzalem, Foggia and Muslera super long term contracts and let Rossi do his own work in preparing the team in the weekend's instead of trying to motivate players that soon their contract will run out.

I agree with most you the things you say... Actually I also thinks that Siviglia is way to slow and old, and Rozehnal was only okay last season.. Except that he actually surprised me by his performence in the derby yesterday...
And I totally agree with you about the contracts.. For god sack, when will we/Lotito renew the contracts of: Zarate (thought the deadline was in mid-april?), Pandev (very impordant, but it may be down when the season is over, as he and his agent says), Ledesma is also very impordant, but he will only reniew if Lazio can be able for challenge the CL-spot.. And Licht, Kolarov, Matuzalem, Foggia, YEAH! ALSO very impordant.. It's nearly 10 players I look forward to haer that they has reniewed there contracts!
FORZA LAZIO!

hey. so who on earth is going to replace rossi?
Gioridiano-job Simeone-job Papadopulo-job
I think those with del neri and mazzarri are our biggest links right now.
I think its between the last two, but I am praying to not get del neri, if thats our option believe it or not id stay with rossi. If mazzarri comes in then great news for lazio, but i just see us heading towards del neri
After all I think rossi still has a chance to save his ass, but i would not be too shabby if he stays...

The thing is, we have to know what goals were set ut between Rossi and lotito before the season. We know that lotito has something for Rossi, and if the goal was to, lets say, end in the top 10 of the league and make it to Europe, then what he should be judges upon is if he made that or not.
I have had enough of him, at least during the periods when we perform awful I want him out, but he keeps giving us derby victories and sometimes he shows a commitment and passion that I am sure is not very common...

I really like Delio. And want him to stay. But I can't judge what happened in all those games this season, and even last, that Lazio lost (like against Bologna, Chievo, etc.). If we understood what happened - whether the players just did not perform or if they had arguments, etc. then I am sure we would better judge how Rossi has performed here. Its all very weird. For a few weeks Lazio are either playing beautiful, smart and crafty football, scoring lots of goals and beating opponents well (like Fiorentina, Juventus, Napoli, Rioma, etc.) - but then a massive dip in form occurs out of nowhere and Lazio get thumped at home by Chievo. Its very strange and frustrating.
He shows great passion which you don't often see from coaches and I love that. I do think he cares a lot for the club and would love to see him stay longer but as I said, the negatives of this season need to be very well evaluated and see who or what is to be blamed and then a final decision can be made.
If it comes down to Lotito looking for replacements I really only want Walter Mazzarri. Not a big fan of Luigi Del Neri.

I´m one of few in here who can hold my head high and say that I´ve always supported Rossi.
There where a couple of games where I thought it looked like bad coaching but overall we could not ask for a better coach - not given our current situation. Rossi Love Lazio and he has made this team play together despite the many many many new (and bad) new players that have come each season.
Prolonge with the core. Throw in 1 - 2 quality players. Watch Rossi take us to the CL again.

Are you drunk??? No rossi no more!!!!!!!!!! He has taken motivation from the players...not giving it. This season we have an good squad but its just too good for rossi. I cant wait when he leaves....and many important players Pandev, Ledesma, Zarate are all considering their contract extendsions when rossi is still the coach 2009/2010.

Agree Rossi must go. One season 12 and now this we are 9th. Thats very bad results for Lazio and I think under other coach this team has potential to go to the top 5.
I just hope his replacement is more good then he.

Two superb seasons, one disastrous season and an average one. That's good for any manager. Wenger, Ferguson, Ancelotti, Mourinho...they all have careers like that.
What it all comes down to is, why did we have 2 suoerb seasons running followed by an awful one and a (thus far) average one. If Rossi and Lazio have become a stale combination, he must go. Otherwise, we're on the right path by kepping him.
Let's see what happens.

Rossi isn't the right man for the job and he showed it. He doesn't give our young talents any chance to show what they can do. He doesn't use our best players (in the first half of the season Foggia and also Rozehnal). He just doesn't know how to make the players give all they have on the pitch and send Lazio to where the club belongs to (CL spot). He had his chance and he blew it! Now it's time for a change and it must happen after the end of the season.

I bet rossi is so stupid that he calls del nero instead of Medicino or Kozak. Against juve we have only Zarate and Rocchi.... And mauri sucks ass 100% he still uses him in the starting line-up when we have Meghni.

i dont think that we have that big choice to replace rossi now : if we bring mazzari i dont think that lazio can play the 3-5-2 . simeone is now with san lorenzo and papadopolu is now with bologna . i think that the choice is between MAZZARRI - GIORDANO end his contract with Pisa at the end of the season - Del neri is not happy with Atalanta .
