I dont want Lollo to leave...not at any cost... Lollo needs his chance to be regular player , I am sure he will show his determination and he will grow again in front of our eyes. Now is the time indeed...

| We are seriously on our way to sign a deal with Nedved, all that seems to be left is that he isnt sure if he actually wants to stay in Italy...
I dont know what to think about this if it goes through. He has qualities, but I am not too fond of hin returning...

He is a top player and would be a key player for us but I am also a bit skeptical about him returning. I would take him however as he still has a lot to offer.... but I would prefer Veron. Sadly though Lotito hasn't been in contact with Juan for a while now and it doesn't seem he will be returning....

| Nedved is great at going forward, long shots, crossing and just as importantly, he tracks back and gets stuck in defending. Imagine having him on a free role next season! | |

| I assume if he does join, he will be a starter so does that mean Ledesma will definitely leave? And especially if Matuzalem signs on permanently? With Eliseu very close to signing, he will start as a first XI player in midfield. Foggia on the opposite wing and 2 central midfielders in between them. Looks like Ledesma, Matuzalem and Nedved are the candidates to fill those spaces even though none are confirmed for next season. Where does that leave the more defensive minded midfield role of someone like Brocchi or Dabo at? I guess Matuzalem could be that right?? So many questions which need answering..... | |

| Dabo will leave, Brocchi will be the utility man I would think. Correa will also be tried out (which makes me think big sales will be made in midifeld). Matuzalem is clearly intended as a starter. I still think we've yet to decide on who plays alongside him. Perhaps Brocchi will play there all season? Or maybe he will test Mauri and Meghni in pre-season and bring someone new in if necessary.
It's a learning process and amid that deadwood, a few players will step up.

| Yea, I'm pretty sure Dabo wants to return to France to try and win something with a big club in his homeland while he's still at a decent level.
The Nedved thing sounds good, he can definitely handle another 2 years, and the best thing is that Lotito has offered him a job with the backroom staff after he retires. Having such high-profile former players at the club could help us sign future stars or at the least, give us some exposure.
To me, Meghni and Manfredini aren't going to be of much use to us and I wouldn't be sad to see them go. Del Nero and Mauri are good backups so I'd keep them.
and keep LDS!! | |

and keep LDS!! Agree with you there.. Would rather keep Meghni though..Think he has more talent than someone like a Del Nero...Provided he can stay injury free!! Hasn't convinced me as yet! Mauri...Hmm what is his market value? is it worth selling him? Keeping LDS is a must..Would be silly to sell a youth product...We are not a West Ham that sells Lampard,Joe Cole etc etc then they turn out to be super stars..He needs to stay..

| Michele Canini of Cagliari could be swapped with Guglielmo Stendardo.
Napoli have offered us 7-8 million plus Michele Pazienza for Pandev. Pazienza is a 26 year old central midfielder who's been a regular over the last 6 seasons or so in Serie A with Udinese, Fiorentina and Napoli. Lotito is holding out for the cash to rise to 10 million as well though, if he gets that, the deal will go through.
Acquafresca wants Lazio but he warns that other clubs also want him and if Lotito doesn't move within the coming days they'll go elsewhere.
Nedved will reply to our offer at the end of the month. (Honestly, I think Nedved is virtually a laziale again.)

| I would like to keep Mauri. I'm quite excited to see what Ballardini can get out of him, I think he will be reborn.
We really have to act fast on Acquafresca. Maybe Juve are buying 50% to trade that as p/exchenage with Pandev? That would be an ok deal. We would have 50% Acquafresca and 100% De Silvestri.

| I'm just wandering why Lotito is not going for Robert... the guy says he wants to join us..it can't be that hard...he should use Pandev as a bargaining chip, cause Goran wants to leave and it will be better to get a replacement and some cash 8-10 mil IMO | |

| Acqua wants us; he has been saying it for the last week or so but unfortunately, we don't seem to be doing anything about it.
Tare says we've no interest in him. I don't believe this for a second, I think we're trying to offload Goran first.
I'll bide my time on this one.

| Canini for Stendardo sounds very interesting - even though I don't want Guglielmo to leave. I assume the swap will be permanent for both players?
Regarding the Napoli deal.... I read they have offered Lotito 8 million plus Pazienza and Blasi. Interesting. Both are very experienced players in Serie A and I believe Pazienza would be a regular at Lazio if he were to join IMO, perhaps Blasi as well. From what Testa wrote - 10 million plus Michele - I think I would be tempted to sell Goran.
Lotito - please hurry up with Acquafresca. If he makes a decent offer I am near 100% sure Roberto would sign! He wants to reunite with Ballardini, he would fit into our formation brilliantly, would get plenty of playing time, and very importantly, he stated he wants to play for Lazio! If Lotito doesn't make a serious move and Acquafresca signs with Atalanta, Parma or Fulham (with no disrespect to those teams), I will be really pissed off.

I'll bide my time on this one. Yeah I assume Lotito is waiting to off load Pandev first but that does not help Acquafresca's case. I doubt his agent will wait just for Claudio to make an offer. A report on Goal said his agent is giving Lazio 2-3 more days to make a concrete offer, and if none arrives then chances are Acquafresca will evaluate his other options and sign with another club.

| It seems as if Malaga enjoyed doing business with Lotito, despite him being "rude" enough to use Eliseu's buy out. They are showing interest in three of our non-wanted players: Makinwa, Baronio and Firmani (I want the latter, but he has been having a hard time in alzio earning his spot...).
Maybe that was the deal? we get Eliseu cheap, and they can step in and get som of our players even cheaper...
Napoli really want to sign Pandev and they are doing whatever they can to agree terms with Lazio and with Pandev himself. I still wonder why Goran would want to go there, but at this point we need to get as much out of the deal as possible and the suggestions that Napoli has made is the best one for us. His agent is still claiming that Juve is inetrested though.
There is quite a bit of talk about Moretti joining us, even though Tare has said that no contact has been made and that we have no interest.
Acqua should have been signed already, but just as many others already pointed out we first need to sell Pandev to go for him...
