I think we should look after players on this strategy.

1. X lazio players like Veron, Almeyda who still have something to give should geet the first chance.
2. Italian players before some others..Don't take this wrong!
3. Lotito special "Cheap players whit good videos on youtube".

I would recommend a versatile defensive midfielder who has also scored some nice goals in the CL qualifier matches.

His name is József Varga (21) and he plays for my hometown's team, Debrecen. Probably you've already noticed that the team has reached the group stages along with Liverpool, Fiorentina and Lyon. His main assets are his never stopping, always running and fighting attitude, his quickness and his pretty technical style for a defensive midfielder mixed with maturity. A future international player.

Timisoara tried to snap him up about 1-2 months ago for 1 million euros but the club opted to not let him go before the CL group stage matches. Also could be a great investment for the future.

Guys what happened with that Argentinean Defender who was supposed to join Lazio ? His name was Aguelleri or something ?

Angeleri? He remained at Argentina with Estudiantes and I believe he is either close or has signed a contract extension.

Are you serious?

You have got to be kidding? Lazio's future, or any team serious about going forward needs to focus on youth. In addition to this, buying players who are in their "prime zone" (25-28yrs old).

If you are seriously suggesting that we get Almeyda (35) & Veron (34), we may as well get Ballotta back in between goals, and ask Bergodi & Couto to step back in and fix our defence? Along with Baronio & Cruz, we can re-name our club "S.S. Dads Army"

He didn't say bring back every x lazio player.... not only do we need to rebuild the players, but the management as well. Some of these x Lazio players will certainly help out the youth which would support your thoughts about focusing on youth. A whole team of youth will get us no where, you need the older players with experience to help them train and practice and maybe become a trainer / management position when retiring.

In my humble opinion, there is absolutely zero benefit in bringing Veron , Almeyda & Co back to the club. I am aware that we cannot field a team of youth players, however players in their late 20's have had 10 years experience under their belt, if this experience is not enough to guide youth squad members & we need to resort to buying dinosaurs back... then quite frankly, were f@#ked.

i wish we could still get that bollatti guy, hes getting better and better and today scored a very important goal.

Mario Bolatti is a decent player, scored a cruical goal last night.

But lets not be fooled by a single goal.

Definitley nothing special.

I watched his debut against Russia and the whole game virtually passed him by.

ive been following him in argentina these days, there is serious talent there, would be much better than an already well perfroming baronio.-

bolatti failed in europe during his stay at porto.
he's a good central mf.

From my point of view, many of the X lazio players are still better. But I don't say that you must agree whit me.
And what I said is that I prefer italian players before forigners, someone can geet that wrong by calling me a racist or something. I don't know.
At last, the "Lotito special"? I was just ironic. Don't try to tell me if know the game or not, watch your own stupid words instead!

simplicio is an easier move.
probably he won't renew his agreement with palermo.

we don't need aimar... we have foggia, meghni, matuzalem and mauri... need to rid two of them then aimar can go in.. but aimar's defensive ability isn't much better than any of those.. so why bother??

I would rather have Simplicio, less risky (with regards to Serie A) and will be virtually free.

He is very good, would make an amazing midfield partnership with Matuzalem and Mauri.

According to gazetta dello sport pandev agreed terms with inter so he is going :) haha let's see him play for a month and then rot on the bench as a sub :)
