As Cash said we will probably end up signing no quality players. When it comes to buying new players and Lazio I have learned to expect nothing so I won't be disappointed. One time Lotito was going on about an amazing mystery signing and in the end it was Meghni.

This is a rumor that hit the Croatian news portals today:

Kristian Ipsa, a Croat playing CB for Midtyilland, 24 years of age, claims huge interest from Lazio and that a transfer in January is imminent.

Another amazing mystery player on their way to Lazio..... who is this Ipsa? Is he even Serie A quality!!??

really hope lotito can bring someone on loan in january...maybe some big star who wants more playing time for next year world cup...

He´s playing for Midtjylland in denmark, i have had a few opportunities to watch him and he is a good player. He could be the new croatian Simon Kjær. Played for the croatian u/21, he is now 23 years born in 1986

Ipsa is not Lazio material, if we sign him it's just a new christian Keller.

looks like we were serious about Aimar after all, but Lotito managed to fck it up with his shenanigans once again.

We don't have 20 mill cash but what we do have is fringe players that can be sold and the money used wisely. The list goes a bit like this:

1. Carrizo
2. Ledesma
3. Pandev
4. insert name of someone who hardly ever plays
5. insert name of someone we have been trying to sell for years

35 players is 12 too many.

Besides it would be high time for Lotito to finance a move out of his own pocket and not from the club piggy bank

Pandev and Ledesma are the only source of fresh cash for the club, I agree with you we have to offload players but we did the same this summer and nothing happened. Plus you know Lotito will not finance a move from his pockets, I doubt he has the financial power to do it

I wouldn't take Aimar, he is old and his time has passed. I mean I saw Benfica few games and he even get replaced in 65-75 min. Do we need another Cruz.

what we need is a creative midfielder and a decent CB this is it

Rever is the number one target. Secondly is Robert Huth (PLEASE NO!).

We are said to be following Croatian defender Kristijan Ipsa who plays for FC Midtjylland in Denmark. Anyone got any information on him?

Finnaly a potential swap involving Ledesma to Napoli and Cigarini to us could be on the cards. I wish.

It can't be! :) a loan option - that should be the first time Lotito does that :)

I am not sure if I should get excited about this deal or not, although 4 million euros (if the rumors were true) isn't that much, but I really have no idea how good Rever is. Our backline especially centre back has been our main problem in the past 4 seasons, we haven't had a "leader" since Nesta's departure.

I strongly believe we should go for proven player, especially in Serie A, Zapata, it's about time to invest money on CB!!

I have to agree with you frederick but the signs are the money isn't there. Any deal we do in January will be short-term; I'm certain of it.

Short term isn't going to be enough, I do know we don't have money to spend, but a reliable CB is a must.. It's a no brainer, even a monkey could spot it, our main problem has been our CB which happen to be inconsistent, bad defending...

well you have to look at it from another angle - maybe Lotito is using these loan deals to see how is the player doing and if he can adapt fast to the club and play well. maybe that is why we have a lot of dead wood on the team - cause we bought and bought and bought players that don't quite do the job
