Foggia flies to Moscow to meet with Spartak directors.

Lotito flies to Milano to meet with Lo Monaco for Jorge Martinez.

This is the one summer switch I wan to happen. Dai cazzo.

According to goal.com and some bulgarian sites Real Madrid have launched another bid for Kolarov - this time 20 mln! Lotito has to take the money because I don't think he can get more for him ...

Marca has reported that an agreement has been reached...and given Real Madrid pretty much use marca as its own paper, sounds like this has some real credence behind it...

If this is true this would have to be one of the best pieces of business Lotito has ever done...he spend not even 1m for him..around 850k and selling him for 20m would be fantastic...

the downside is that we don't have a left back....but alas we should head to the market again and find another up and coming star..

will be sad to see Kolarov go...terrific player

It seems as if Kola has agreed terms with Real, and that they have added to their previous 15 mil proposal.If it is true that they are offering 20 mil Lotito should sell straight away! As most of you I agree that this would be a monster deal for Lotito; getting 20 mil for a player brought in at the price and the way he was brought in would be more than exceptional. With 20 mil we can get a new LB, and have enough for one or two more class players...

It has to be taken becuase Kolarov is enough of a bastard to use Article 17 from everything I've heard and read and with Madrid, he can do that.

So far, it seems Lotito has played a blinder but I'm not sure there was an offer made previously contrary to speculation. I believe this is offer one but we can't hang about so Claudio, sign him over.

100% agree. This would be a great deal for Lazio. Sign the papers Lotito!



I read Lazio have agreed personal terms with Gianluca Comotto, but now need to negotiate with Fiorentina for the transfer free, which will likely be 2-3 million euros. IMO we don't need him. Although he is experienced and generally reliable, he is not consistent and at 31 I feel this would be a waste of money. I'd rather see Lotito spend that on someone like Pablo Pintos or Belhadj.

It's a shitty move.. instead of focusing on the young enthusiastic generation we are tracking grandpa's again! I hate this transfer policy..

100% agree Ram, if he was free and we were desparate for defenders then fair enough but why waste any money at all on someone who will either immediately or very quickly be the next Siviglia or Cribari? I thought Reja wated youth and quality to improve us? This contradicts both counts.

Lets hope the Kolarov sale goes through easy enough (knowing Lotito it won't) cos if not then 2-3mil muppets may be all we will go for this summer

Costly but has the qualities we have lacked for seasons but what about Floccari?

Martinez has very similar qualities to Floccari....Floccari, Martinez up front and Zarate on the right wing?

Maybe with the sale of Foggia, Kolarov this will fund floccari?

I'm a tad worried..not sure why we are we linked to players like Boghossian and Gignac? The latter who is valued at 15m! I would much rather floccari...we know he is capable..consistent and a proven scorer in Italy...

Gignac costing 15m is inflated from what I have seen from him..talented but would be an overpriced buy..

Having Martinez at Lazio would be sweet. I just hope it doesn't mean Floccari will not be signed - when does his option expire, at the end of June right? Reports say Foggia or Diakite could be offered to Catania to minimise the 8 million euros fee. I don't want to lose either player but if Reja has no intention of playing Pasquale regularly then I would prefer he be included in the deal. I would hate to see Mobido go. He has a lot of potential. Also he have few quality central defenders (Radu, Stendardo and Dias). Biava is reasonable at best.

I hope the Gignac rumour is fake. No need for him here, especially with his 15 million euro price tag.

Sell Kolarov and foggia, get Antonelli...Renew Ledesma's contract and buy another creative midfielder and a good holding midfielder..and sign Floccari!

the pound sign before the 8 worries me...is it pounds or euros ? hope he proves to be good cause for the same amount we could have a proven striker like Floc, still I believe Floc will be ours with the money from Kolarov. Our management can't be that stupid to let him go and waste the same amount we could have him for to Martinez

Nice to hear such good words from Martinez for Lazio. Let's hope he does come and shows some quality.
