| I read on 3-4 websites that Lazio are linked with Giorgios Samaras from Celtic - on loan from ManCity. The young Greek striker, says he is 23 years old.
What do you all think about him? I remember watching him on EPL highlights a year or so ago and although he did not play much at City under Pearce, when he did he scored a few goals and did a decent job. He went to Celtic on loan at beginning of this season I think and scored 6 goals I read in half a season or so and apparently the fans there like him and they want to buy him but now Lazio and a few other clubs are also interested. If he comes for a reasonable price I would take a gamble I guess.... why not? Rocchi and Pandev will both hopefully stay so that is great as they are the first choice strikers. Amoruso is 3rd choice I assume and so would Samaras if he were to join. I doubt Inzaghi, Tare, Vignaroli and Makinwa are much in Rossi's plans.

| If I'm not wrong it just compared the wages of our whole team to Kaká's wages, saying they are equivalent. | |

| I will say again...Cassano is a disaster but considering what guys we had (Bianchi, Tare, Makinwa, etc.) ..he`s much much better. Of course..i don`t really believe this..i doubt that he`ll play for Lazio (he`s a romanista). | |

| A little bit late maybe but I haven't seen this mentioned: http://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/index.php?action=read&id=110002It says Baronio might go to Brescia and Lazio may want to make a swap deal for Marius Stankevicius. I'm a bit subjective on this one obviously but honestly this would be a great deal. Stankevicius has good ability on the ball, able to provide a nice cross (like Oddo) did, also has a very long throw in. Also he's versatile, able to play on the right both defence and midfield, so would be a decent replacement for Behrami if he leaves. Not sure if it's likely to happen though, since Sampdoria, Torino, Bologna and West Ham are reportedly interested also. And I doubt anyone wants Baronio. | |

| isn't Riquelme a 22 years old midfielder?? I don't think something going to happen, at least till 9th of July.. Augusto Fernandez is yet to have a Spanish passport, so he's "close" but not that close Zarate could be our new striker, the only problem is Al Saad bought him for 20 million euro, we would probably loan him, it's good for fans (as we are getting a new player) and also for lotito's pocket!! Rodrigo Palacio, no way in the world Lotito would spend more than 17 million euro on a player, and I read it somewhere his transfer fee could go up to 25 million euro (tax and so on), and he is waiting for Barcelona, I'd say, "vattene!! forget him.." If we had 17 million euro, we would rather spend it elsewhere.. We got Meghni, Foggia and Artipoli for next season, unless either Del Nero or Mauri leaving there's no need for a playmaker... Although I would like to have a new playmaker, Riquelme for example Foggia is back, and isn't it good to have him back? a winger, could also play behind 2 strikers, playmaker, you name it, he'll deliver.. And what's with 5 strikers for next season? Inzaghi, Makinwa, Pandev, Rocchi, Tare, haven't we got enough striker for only 2 competitions?? | |

| i thought artipoli was a defender, not a playmaker.
and if you don't think we'll buy palacio, i'm not sure why you think we would buy riquelme.

| But I will not blame Foggia, regardless what DR is all about, let me remind all people here that we were close to relegation battle last year along side the minors like Caligari, Lazio remain Lazio but this Lazio side can not stand out and turn their back to a talented player like Foggia that was able to entirely hold Reggina before and Caligari this term!
I started to hate this club policy in dealing with talented players, we don't have Messi, Totti, C. Ronaldo and Zidane so Foggia can not have any hope for a starting place!? we are full of the likes of Muta, Firmani, Manfradeni, Baronio, and Meghni that don't add anything to our game!
DR tactics are not something that he only owns in the world, are not those tactics are the same ones were Lazio was close to seire B last year? recieving blow after blow!
There should be some Justice here, if Rossi is giving the chance for out of form/ hopless players many times last year then simply Foggia deserves that treatment to.
