| face facts, Carrizo, Kozak and Zarate are official, get used to it.
we can't make any accurate or realistic assumptions regarding next year until we actually know who will be playing for us. Domizzi, Pinzi, Augusto Fernandez and Moti seem to be the hottest rumours in the media.
last season was disastrous, but it was not only Rocchi who saved us. what about Pandev's goals? what about De Silvestri's performances? what about the emergence of Kolarov and Radu? what about Behrami who is valued so highly across the world? one man does not make a team, that's why we shouldn't heap so much praise on Rocchi and neglect the rest of our squad and that's why we must be realistic and know that Carrizo on his own can't win us trophies, or Zarate, or anyone. it's a collective effort and I have faith in this team, my team. "Great" Lazio fans support there team throught thick and thin and they always think positively. we, as fans, must forget last season and remember 2 seasons ago when we exceeded most people's expectations. get behind this side and get behind our new players! rumours are rumours and I understand Kurama_SSLazio's frustrations but we have a lot to be happy about right now. FORZA LAZIO!!!

| Off topic: Definitely it is interesting to watching the different characters and their opposite and sometimes extreme opinions. I guess I am from the positively thinking laziali, despite that I realize very well the frustration and resentment of the others. There is a reason for that for sure, but also the negativism doesn't create nothing more than additional disturbance. I honestly believe we are able to finish in 5th place this season. For something more , we should rely on big blunders from Milan , Inter.... etc. | |

I've set up a new topic in the "Only SS Lazio" section where everyone can discuss their opinions on who failed and who succeeded at the club last season. we have gone off-topic, but it's an interesting topic, so I decided to create it in a more relevant section.back to this topic and the rumour mill has really died down, any new transfer rumours from anywhere??? also, did Baronio actually terminate his contract with us as I read that somewhere

| Zarate flew into Rome to finalise I deal I thought, but is yet to be formally unveiled, as far as I know. Not sure if he has even undergone the medical yet. | |

muslera was also bought in late august...carrizo has time to settle in and train with the team and get used to the defenders he'll be playing with

| Now i believe that Carizzo join us. I will believe that Zarate came as well when i`ll see that kind of presentation. I`m not pesimist.. it`s just that we`re a small club now (financial) and i really can`t believe everything..this has been last year also ...if u remember. We had such great hopes..and rumors..and we ended to play in CL with Balotta, Cribari, Manfredini and so on...
But for this transfer...a big WELL DONE Lotito !!!

| well kurama, Lazio lasy year looked awaful due to plenty of reasons (injuries, contracts negotiations, lack of quality signings last summer, Rossi tactics, bench full of hopless players, bad tactical decisions to loan players, Ballotta, Muslera, bust up in the dressing rooms, and unprofessional behaviour by some players)
I think even the world biggest club would be affected in these deadly situations, but what I feel that we learned the lesson well, and will hope all these problems will go away next season.
I am optimistic, reading Carrizo's comments yesterday are ace on the cake and we still hope to bring back former Lazio players like Pinzi, Russotto and Domizi. Not to forget, probably Fernandez is coming and we already have Zarate and Foggia who will add the quality we badly missed last year.
Ledesma, Rocchi, Pandev, Radu, and De Silvestri will be with us next year, so let us join at least Carrizo and Zarrate big dreams and hope that we will finish in the top 5, that in my simple opinion is achievable if we have the right mentality and motivation to do so.

| Behrami to West Ham is a false rumour.
Pinzi - Stendardo swap deal is coming ever closer
This means a Domizzi deal is less likely, unless we can convince Napoli into taking Zauri.
Chelsea's Ivanovic wants away. Juve are after him, but he could be available on loan and considering our reportedly good relationship with Chelsea, we should really go out and secure a deal for him, one of the world's best young defenders.

Isn't Pinzi an attacker ? If so if we give Stendardo we shoul look for another CB

| Pinzi is a midfielder, any deal for Pinzi would more than likely put the Augusto Fernandez deal on hold.
Yes, if Stendardo goes, we need a new CB. That's why I suggested Ivanovic.
The Moti transfer is off, gone and the Domizzi saga seems to have stalled, at least for now.
I assume there's another defender being looked at as we speak and personally, I wouldn't be too surprised if it was Ivanovic.

| Foggia to Napoli. Please not again , apparently Rossi doesnt like this boy and tries in every possible way to get rid of him. And why ? To reinforce one way or another the strong Napoli side. I cant accept this As concerns to Pinzi , he is more than welcome..... | |

I think Napoli's coach want's Zauri .. and with Violas fans fuming at the prospect of signing Zauri .. convincing Zauri to go to Napoli is the obstacle in my eyes. Hmm Ivanovic of chelsea you say .. who's this guy? .. never heard of him and I'm FM-addict soo I can't understad how I missed him .. Got any more info on this guy?

| All I know about him is that he didn’t play 1 minute for Chelsea… Apparently this was because he had played a full season in the Russian league, and was deemed unfit… I’m not sure. He was fantastic at Moscow (so I heard) but the whole not playing 1 minute for Chelsea is kind of strange… I’m not sure on this. | |
