I dont want to mention that Carrizo and Jimenez transferes were the longest ever negoatitons in the football history.

As for Sabatini, pleaze move your ass and finalize some decent transferes before you say goodbye and not to forget to off load hopless players you brought in the past seasons.

According to the Argentinian newspaper, Palacio inicially was only considering a move to Spain. They say Barcelona have only attemped contact with the player while Lazio have only made the offer without talking to the player or the agent yet. They also say in the last days he was considering a move to Italy and was supposed to meet his agent today to decide his future.
This is what I could understand from that. Please, any Spanish speakers, feel free to correct me!

It says barca contacted the player and have already talked to him, but not to the club, while lazio has talked to the club, not the player.

It says that his first interest was spain but that now he might consider to a move to Lazio.

Boca president will meet with him on friday to decide.

I think there might just be a real chance he joins us.

I know Moti very well..since he`s from my country and i must confess that i don`t believe he`s up to a team like Lazio...

If Lotito wants romanian players..he should fight for Tamas or Goian for example. Of course..there are alot other facts involved..like the thing that Moti played with Radu several years (they won a title making a good team defense in Dinamo) and he`s price in lower then Goian`s.. but i still don`t believe that he`s a player that we can relay.

Moti is faster than Goian and more precise than Tamas...plus younger.

Anyway, while we are fighting for Palacio and Riquelme, Neri Cardozo is available for 4 million $ = ~2.5 million euro:

From the romanian players we can afford, I would buy, in this order:

- Rat (from Sahtior)
- Florin Costea (from Craiova)
- Moti (Dinamo)
- Sapunaru (Rapid)

Costea?!For our Primavera maybe....He's not even ready for the national team,then why should we buy him?To give on loan somewhere?No no....
And from these 4 in my opinion only Rat can play at Serie A level.And don't forget:we want to qualify in a eurpean cup,not to Intertoto.

Riquelme,Aimar,Palacio,Buonanaotte...I say we better wake up and start thinking about players who we can afford!If we can't sign decent players(not from Serie B),then it's better to remain with the current squad!

The best deal I've heard so far si Behrami to Palermo for 5 mil + Guana and loan of Cavani.
If the deal goes trough, we solve 1 problems:
- get a vice-Ledesma (Guana)
- get a vice-Pandev (Cavani)
- get money to buy Radu
That's 3 players in one go.

there's been no news on Palacio, more than likely because this proposed transfer doesn't exist...

Lotito up to date could not finalize Amoruso deal!? eventhough we are the only ones following him!

As for Palacio, I think Barca is not any more intrested in him, they are chasing Adebayor and Trezeguet so this will keep us in a pole position to sign him, but lets not forget that Lotito have to agree the personal terms with Palacio after we agree with Boca on the transfere fee, do you all guys believe that Lotito will pay for him more than 1 M/ year!? more than any player in Lazio with exception of Rocchi!?

that everyone is aware of the situation. Lazio is willing to pay between 18 to 20 million dollars. That they are laying pressure on boca to seal negotiations.

that sevilla and barca have not made the club offers for him.

lotito is said to be running out of patience and may soon set a deadline, the player wants spain, but pompillo _(boca president) is pushing him to Lazio.


I wish we could just seal this deal once and for all.

It seens somebody delated my post regarding Behrami. Why dose he want to leave in the first place, and why to Palermo? Am I missed something or are Palermo bigger club then Lazio for MR. Valon?

my opinion is that he probably has become impatient here. as a player he has much more insight into the inner-workings of the club than any of us. i assume that he doesn't feel like progress is being made and simply wants a change.

But a change to Zamparinis's Palermo? This guy is more nutt that lottitina.

Palermo will make it nowhere as long they start with Colantuono, then change to Guidolin, the again with Colantuono and finish the season with Guidolin. Belvie me, Zamparinis Palerm is chaos, no matther who is playing. Behrami should think about it.

The Argentinian forward Rodrigo Palacio afirmed that it's time to leave Boca Juniors and denied being uninterested about Lazio's offer.

"I'm 26 and if I don't transfer now, it can be complicated later. Boca wouldn't get a good deal", said the player to the channel Fox Sports.

Lazio have offered US$18 millions for Palacio, who still has contract with Boca for 2 more years. The player says that he had never said that he didn't want to play in Italy.

"Once I was asked where I would like to play and I said Spain, because of the language and because I appreciate the fooball. But if Lazio offer is good, I wouldn't have problems on going to Italy", he said.
