| As far as I remember, last season Lotito and Behra have had some clash. I cant recall correct after which game was, but Behra made some statements against the way of the management. After that Lotito retorted an hinted something about his probable departure. What I mean here, I want to believe Behra is leaving because conflict with presidente, and that why he is using A 17. I just can not accept, he is so greedy and ungrateful to the supporters. He is hard to be replaced, and it is not true we can find easily fighter like him with so versatile characteristic. | |

| Behrami criticised Lotito for walking out of the stadium after the 5-1 loss to Milan
said it was not a good sign of support for the team or struggling Muslera
after that Lotito said before he was a player not to be sold, but now could leave for the right price

| Leaving Lazio for West Ham is questionable, that makes me 100% confident that Beharmi is amatuer player when it comes to his way of thinking.
Good luck Behrami! | |

That is his major problem...nothing is done yet...still he was so cocky about leaving and about all these massive clubs that were after him...

| it is a matter of days, he is not part of current team training for the preseason nor the black list players training in the Formello! I don't see him holding his bags and on his knees asking for forgivness to comeback!!!
He financially damaged Lazio that looked for him during his injuries and the only one that contributed in raising his name on the international level by using FIFA 17 article!

| he could have left us this season a hero, it's the manner in which he's left that has caused the problems, not so much his departure in itself. | |

the only way he could've left a hero is if he moved to a club bigger than Lazio I could understand if say Real Madrid waned him, naturally, but no respect for someone who moves to a smaller club just for the money and the manner he left just made it all worse

| I think it would have been forgiveable if he had left for West Ham, for a nice transfer fee and said he really wanted to play in the Premiership or something.
To be honest though, if he hadn't of been such a good player and had he not have scored that goal in the derby, we really wouldn't care.
I mean, the majority of you would say it's fine for Inzaghi to go to, say, a League Two side who pay him 200,000 euros a week. It's just because it's Behrami and yes, I'm as guilty as the next man.

after that Lotito said before he was a player not to be sold, but now could leave for the right price Even I critisezed Lottito for that. What the hell....u're the one who bought an 19 yr old unproven GK to replace a legend. And if a team lose 5-1, who's gonna support them if not the president? Anyways... I think Behrami just had it with Lottito and maybe Lazio. Well I'm done with Behrami too. Overrated, inconsistent, and in no way is a game changer. Go Behrami! Wash out your career away. The sky will still be blue here.

? He's going to WestHam, is that a bigger club than Lazio? I don't think so. It's the fact that the 'big' clubs don't want him anymore because he used the Articolo 17. He's really so stupid Valon.

Well he has been on his way to west ham for a couple of weeks .. but there seems to be a problem or something stalling the deal .. maybe he and his agent still are waiting for those big clubs to reappear But I think you are right .. using article 17 probably made him persona non grata for many clubs .. it's only Lotito who condemn article 17 and go on to sign a player that was the second player to ever use it .. you can't both have the cake and eat it you know .. but Lotito certainly tries

| Matuzalem is a different case than Behrami. Matuzalem is not a second division player and he can't afford to be now that he's in the second half of his professional career.
In other teams eyes, they're thinking the same as us about Behrami. Why would he leave such a side as Lazio to join us? That's what's on their minds.
Being in Ireland with access to all the British media, there is virtually nothing linking him to West Ham here.

Being in Ireland with access to all the British media, there is virtually nothing linking him to West Ham here. What's the difference? .. he used article 17 to leave Shaktar were he played in CL to go to Zaragoza which are a team that could finish midtable or worse ..that he want's to join us now is easy to understand .. as you say he needs to relaunch his carreer and we are a suitable stage to do that .. not at the top at the moment but with the potential to challenge for a top 4 place. Well I think you overestimate our status in the football world .. our image has taken a lot of damage the last seasons due to our financial problems .. for example I would think that many would see him moving from us to .. let say .. Werder Bremen .. would be a step up .. at the moment I would say we are a "big" club without the financial muscles Yes you have said that before and I keep posting links to site that say he seems to be going there. So what do you count as British Media? .. does any of these qualify? http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11685_3833806,00.html http://www.guardian-series.co.uk/sport/westham/westhamnews/3217708.HAMMERS_TALK__West_Ham_close_in_on_Lazio_star/http://www.independent.ie/sport/soccer/green-row-hots-up-as-hammers-close-in-on-behrami-1435693.html

| until it is reported by numerous tabloids and the BBC, it is nowhere near official. Broadsheets tend to be quite unreliable with regards to football in the UK. I'm not saying it's not true, i'm just saying he is not a West Ham player yet and there's not many signs to suggest he's well on his way, in my opinion.
Werder are not a step up. I think you'll find they've been surpassed by Bayern and Schalke and maybe Stuttgart in recent years. That aside, we beat them soundly in the CL last year.
When Matuzalem joined Zaragoza, they looked like CL candidates and Shakhtar were starting to bring in a bunch of young guns for millions and he would have been forced out of the team.

| Lazio's Valon Behrami (23), during next hours will become an official player of West Ham. For the transfer lack only the sign for the five years deal.

| ok, here's what I have found on Behrami to West Ham deal.
West Ham are having the same trouble as us, they are trying to sell 10-15 of their players to finance specific deals (one of these "specific deals" is probably Behrami).
There's only one newspaper in the UK that keeps reporting this story and that's "The independent", so we should be careful about this deal yet.
The transfer fee will be around 6.5 million euros.
