Lazio have reached an agreement with Gremio as paying 5M euros.
But we should resolve how to pay it on the installment.
Now we should find a midfielder & an attacker.

With all this hype he better be worth every penny.

my pick for an attacker would be BOBO of besiktas... who is very quick with and without the ball, a very physical player who is good with his head and also has great technical abilities

Regarding Rever..... I read that he is on the verge of the Brazilian NT so surely he has potential and I would welcome him. Another defender I like is Canini and also Bocchetti. Don't know how realistic either one is though. I've also always liked Garay since his Santander days - but its very unlikely Madrid will sell now.

Give out Rocchi or Foggia ? affraid
If this happens It will be the biggest mistake Lotito has ever done ... No
Yeah, Cavani is a great talent but Rocchi and Foggia are simbols of the club and don't have to be sold!

I have got one player I'd like to propose to Lazio, his name is Alex Brosque, he plays for Sydney FC, and he could come cheap, I mean the highest ever transfer fee ever paid was 800,000 pounds (Bruce Djite to Gencerbigli), highy rated in Australian A-League, currently selected in Australian NT (against Kuwait), he plays as a winger as well as second striker/striker, the only problem is he's non EU player

With all due respect though, even Makinwa would be a superstar in the A-League. Alex Brosque will get a deserved move to a bigger club soon, but I think Lazio is a step too high.

omg c.testa you rated A-League way too low tongue I do think Brosque would make an impact with any other Serie A team, but I doubt Makinwa would (even in A-League) affraid

I don't want to come across as lacking in ambition but there are two players moving clubs today in world football that could have done a job here.

Firstly, Olivier Kapo is leaving Wigan for Boulogne. My initial reaction is "why, Boulogne?" Ok, so he failed at Juve but he is 29, going for little or no money, he has played for France internationally where he did well in that spell, did fine at Monaco, did fine at Levante, did fine at Birmingham and has had a bad year. Turin may not have been for him but considering we could be selling Kolarov and spent a similar fee on the abysmal Eliseu, why not? He would be a more than adequate back-up for Foggia on the left, can play the trequartista role better than anyone we have and up front...well, he couldn't be much worse than Makinwa. He would have been worth a look

Then you have Gabriel Tamas moving to West Brom on loan with a buy-out clause to play in the second-tier of English football. He is hardly a spellbinding defender but highly rated nonetheless, only 26 or 27, can still improve, is a compatriot of Radu's, tends to keep him out of the side so why are we not taking a peak?

Only options but two good ones in my opinion who are moving to poorer clubs than ours. Would have filled up two crucial voids on the cheap.

I think we could do our best to sign Danielle Conti from Cagliari

Conti calls his son 'ungrateful'
Thursday 7 January, 2010
Roma director of sport Bruno Conti has called his son Daniele 'ungrateful' after he scored Cagliari's equaliser in yesterday's 2-2 draw at the Sant'Elia.

The Giallorossi were leading 2-0 until stoppage time when their hosts struck back with a two-minute double salvo through Diego Lopez and Conti.

“You're are the usual ungrateful…” Bruno said towards his son with a serious face.

“Father, are you upset with me?” Daniele replied.

“Are you asking me? It's the third time that you have scored against us. Do tell me if you don't love me, you degenerate,” Bruno added before bursting into laughter.

The draw sees Roma leapfrogged by Napoli who take fourth place after a 2-0 victory over Atalanta in Bergamo.
