| well I don't know what was Pandev expecting from Lotito. He knows the way Muta was treated and if I personally was the new coach of Lazio I wouldn't play him that often. Reason: I'm new and I want to do well. Having in mind my boss (Lotito) is a cheap b*stard and will not buy a new class forward if he sells Pandev I would not play Pandev because I would not want to build the team around him and then lose him without the possibility of getting a player near to his class. Plus it is not the first time teams freeze players because they want to leave... If I was in the same position I would do the same. Many of you would bash me for that but the team is always first | |

Pandev has made himself available to Ballardini, this issue needs to be resolved fast, and this "stalemate" is only hurting both parties.
I'd welcome him back. Interesting. If he signs a new contract and gives 100% to Lazio then I guess I would too, but his reputation with the club and fans will surely be unrepairable.

I'd welcome him back. I'd force him out. Will never be able to support him again... Agree. He wants to reconcile cause he's failed to get that move to Juventus he wanted, and deep down knows that he has no case against Lotito or Lazio. And besides, even on footballing terms, we're fine without him.

GORAN PANDEV ABOUT LAZIO
Goran Pandev: "I have always been loving Lazio. I just wanted to give Julio Cruz his chance in Lazio. Now hes here and i wanna score a lots of goals for the blue-white shirts. I rejoined Lazio beause it has a fantastic president and we are like brothers. Lazio has always been deep in my heart. I cant imagine life without it. This year we have an very promising team and if we take advantage of it we could win some more tropys. Its sad i couldnt help to win the Supercoppa because i had some personal reasons. But yes i also love Juventus and Bayern...maybe even Zenit(the last part from my text is for the future( when the january transfer windows re-opens)"

West Ham United Agree Fee With Lazio For Goran Pandev - Report The Hammers are forging a deal for the Macedonian hitman... 24 Aug 2009 09:03:37
In a surprising twist to this particular Lazio saga, English outfit West Ham United are believed to have agreed a fee for the Biancocelesti's Macedonian forward, Goran Pandev.
According to calciomercato.com, the Roman club have reportedly accepted West Ham's offer of an initial €5 million. Should Pandev move on from the Hammers in a year or two, Lazio would receive 50 per cent of the transfer fee.
It would be an ideal solution for president Claudio Lotito, who risks losing Pandev on a free transfer next summer, when the player's contract expires. The Aquilotti patron is also fighting to keep Lazio's reputation intact as the club squabbles with Pandev over the forward's future in Rome.
Sporting director Igli Tare was recently forced to tell the media that "there is no case about [Lazio] bullying [Pandev]", as the 26-year-old tries to secure his release from the club.
A move to Zenit St. Petersburg broke down earlier this summer, but time is beginning to run out for Pandev to move before the transfer window closes. If these reports are on the mark, Pandev could line-up for Gianfranco Zola's side against Blackburn Rovers next weekend.

| What a balls up this saga has been from start to finish. I hope we can just get it over with as qucikly as possible. Shame we can't get more money, but its better than loosing him for nothing. And, from what we have seen from Zarate and Rocchi so far our forward line is sound. We know there is more to come from Cruz and perhaps Foggia in a supporting role as well. We are covered. | |

Well there is a positive thing in his move to West Ham for him.... First... he well be paid a lot more then in Lazio... Second... I wouldnt call Valencia, Berbatov, Anelka, Defo, Santa Cruz, Barry, Tévez, Benayoun, Mascherano and many others a stupid people... What I'm trying to say is that all this players went to teams like Tottenham, Bolton, Portsmouth, Blackburn, Aston Villa, West Ham but they all now play in great clubs that are or will play in CL.... so... from those two points of view Pandev did made the right choice... He refused to go to Zenit because Russia is far from the eyes of people... |

The truth is, Pandev got greedy. That's what I think.
