the 40mil figure will include the contracts/salaries of Pandev, Ledesma and Zarate. On the whole, it's not that much. still it's too much! Zarate is arr 18 mil euro and that is the whole contract which we don't need to pay all at once. For Ledesma and Pandev we don't have to pay anything just renewing and raising their salaries with 500k euro. Matuzalem is arr 6-8 mil euro I think and Angeleri is arr 6 mil euro. It doesn't seem like 40 mil POUNDS. P.S. I would show Zarate his last 5 games including the viola game and ask him if he thinks he deserves 2 mil per year

| Just to be clear the pound isn't what it used to be. Right now it's 1.00 GBP = 1.11714 EUR
So we're talking about 45 million € circa. After buying Zarate, if we have to do it at once, with his salary, it leaves us with 25 mill €. Now also deduct Matuzalem's transfer, upping the salary to our better players and what are you left with? not much really.

| Why would we be keen on bringing on Matuzalem? What has he shown that make him worth the 8 mil (from what I remember...) that Zaragoza put as price tag? | |

| Exactly what I was thinking cash. The guy has played 6 games, and to be honest in none of those did Matuzalem impress me, and anyway history proves that this guy is injured half of the time. | |

Matuzalem, in the few games he has played has been very decent. People seem to forget that he started the early games of the season where we killed sides and he probably isn't match fit yet after his injury but still doing well. Yes, we do have an 8 million buy out clause but Real Zaragoza are precariously placed for promotion and should they fail, they will probably let him go because he won't want to play for them and they will want to reduce the wage bill I would think. Even if they succeed, they could still sell him for little or nothing. Lotito is thinking small sum, not 8 million. It is Lotito after all.

| I hope Lotito does sign up Matuzalem to Lazio. From the little we have seen of him he has shown to be a good and reliable player. I too think the 8 million is probably more than he is worth but he is a classy player and I really do want him at Lazio next season.
Back to the Angeleri topic.... I thought he is a right back? On that article it says he plays on the left. Which ever is true I don't know but Lazio already have good wing backs on both positions. The left side is weaker but I had hoped this guy was a centre back. Thats what is needed!

| There are rumors that we give LDS out and Angileri in. In that case I will go to Rome and kill Lotito. Lorenzo will became new cafu and his is Laziale. Plus we have Lich on that position also so WTF. Angileri plays right back and can go down the flank like a winger. | |

| lets introduce & suggest about new talents & good players that desirable to see them in our teams until the next transfer window, at first i wana to see Javad Nekounam that playing in osasuna in spain, he is really amazing & power full DM, i think next year real madrid & barcelona maybe catch him, he is in best age & many experience, in addition although he playing in DM but he is best scorer of his club. i really hope to see him instead of brocchi, im sure he will be one of our best players if lottito see him, although i know lottito dont have eyes to see other players |

| nekonam is a brilliant player, to good for us to be bale to bring him on. I would think that he leaves for one of the larger teams the day he departs from osasuna..he has been their best player for two seasons now and there is no dount that he will attract the larger spanish clubs once he is fed up with osasuna...for now he will stay put though, he is the star of the team and it is good for him to play with the confidence Camacho has in him.. | |

| Lazio To Challenge Roma For Atalanta Striker Sergio Floccari Sergio Floccari is enjoying his breakthrough season at Atalanta and his outstanding performances have earned him the attention of a number of clubs. The 27-year-old has featured 24 times in Serie A this term, netting ten goals in the process, and several pundits have called for Italy boss Marcello Lippi to add him to the Nazionale ranks. Atalanta boss Luigi Del Neri has already revealed that the Nerazzurri will not be able to keep hold of the highly-rated hitman at the end of the season and a bidding war is expected to ensue. Roma are believed to be in pole position for the player’s signature as they have been tracking Floccari for several months now. However, the Corriere dello Sport claims that the Giallorossi will have to face competition from city rivals Lazio. The Aquile already have a fearsome array of strikers at their disposal; they boast Macedonian international Goran Pandev, veteran forward Tommaso Rocchi and new-boy Mauro Zarate. However, the Laziali directors have targeted a strong centre-forward as their main priority for next season and Floccari seems to fit the bill. President Claudio Lotito has promised a high-profile summer transfer campaign, which is expected to get started with the acquisition of Zarate on a permanent basis. http://www.goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-zone/2009/002/18/1115091/report-lazio-to-challenge-roma-for-atalanta-striker-sergio-flocca | |

| Floccari has been a player I've been looking at closely as I feel he would be a great addition to our frontline. I hope there's some truth to this news because I think Sergio is a late bloomer in the Toni mould. | |

| Why would Lazio need Floccari? Or Angeleri? These days everything has to do with money, even words. Rumours make great PR-stunts to encrease values of players, and values of everything that sells, in the end you never know what squad you have until the last day when transfer windows shut, rest of the year , all rumours and circus around them is for money maybe
I hope for Di Vaio, Nesta, Russotto and Pinzi, no matter who to sacrifice

that was a short tail :) haha, it sure was... but i doubt rubentus wants to sign him with all those strikers they have... Del Piero is too old and Trez had surgery on his knees.... at his age I don't think he will be doing so good...and they are left with Iaquinta only... who is also not so young and the only good striker they have is Amauri If they grab Floccari we should get Iaquinta from them then, he's so perfect!
