What a liar - a few months ago he claimed he was shocked when we didn't pick the option to buy him, IIRC. Now he say he guessed this would happen almost from the very start fo his loan spell. I really hope Zarate teaches him how to play in order to secure a permanent move.

I doubt we will rest anyone, I think only Pandev has played without a rest in the last weeks (counting the NTs) and we cannot afford to play without him right now. Plus, the final thirty or so minutes of the Fiorentina game were rather pedestrian-paced.

I am actually surprised at this change in attitude. Bianchi said he loved this club but if he celebrates against us then he has put the nail in the coffin of that return he mentioned.

I agree, Pandev should be the only jaded one but I don't think he can be left out at this time.

Only change could be De Silvestri taking Lichtsteiners spot, since the Swiss international has a minor muscular problem and is in doubt for the game. At least that´s the reports so far...

This is obviously the right choice by Rossi. Torino is a difficult game and surely we need the strongest line-up to secure some vital points. Juventu only managed a draw tonight and Milan and Inter are facing eachother tomorrow in Derby della Madonnina, so we could potentially gain points if we are able to win. Surely we need the strongest line-up for that. Anything else would be rather stupid.

We have Coppa Italia in midweek and then Lecce in Rome. Those games could be used to rest some of those player who have had a tough start to the season.

As someone already said, the big question right now is how we look when playing away from home. Cagliari wasn´t too convincing, even if the scoreline suggested otherwise, while Milan was the usual story. We need to take our confidence with us to Torino and start gaining points and convince away from Rome as well...

Nothing wrong with fielding the exact same team as the one crushing viola mid-week, but it feels a bit unlikely that everyone is totally fit. No matter what I would like to see De Silvestri as RB despite the success of Lichty.
But you are right Sgt. We have the coppa to field some of the players who have yet not played a full game, and after that Lecce home, which could be considered one of the easiest games this season.
Torino away is hard, no doubt, but as you said we could gain some very valuable points if we are succesful tomorrow. Also, I think it can be a good indicator of how we will behave outside Rome this season...

God, this game worries me. At home I would be confident, but Toro away will be an easy place to get all 3 points, though on our recent form I should be more confident. Thank God Rosina is not called up, he and Amoruso behind Bianchi would have been a big challenge for our defence.

In any case, I'm glad we keep the same line-up. Mauri seems to have renewed confidence is his deeper role, and the Foggia-Zarate-Pandev partnership upfront is working well, and I think it's perfect for our style to have 3 quick, technical players. Here's hoping the lads take on the confidence from the Viola game to Turin and bring home the 3 points.

ESPN will not broadcast the match so I doubt I will watch the game! Its at like 2am in NZ and I have a big day at university tomorrow so no watching Lazio for me this matchday oh well.... as long as Lazio give a good performance and hopefully the full 3 points I will be happy with that!

After Merda bought Riise guess who they always show here..... They also show Juve alot cause of Poulsen and Mellberg. I couldn't believe it when they showed Juve - Catania instead of Lazio - Viola.

Guess I will have to use streams and hope we get more evening matches on sundays.
