De Silvestri petulance with his two yellow cards and Frey's incredible saves stopped this from being a Lazio win.

Muslera judged the conditions well and put in a notable performance. Rozehnal and Cribari were foolproof for 88 minutes until they got their lines wrong leaving Gilardino onside. That happens in football, I urge Rossi to stick with that combo. Matuzalem is proving to be very valuable; he presses the opposition midfield giving Ledesma the time to look for the danger and cut it out. Brocchi showed the kind of fight that makes me (and Delio) prefer him over Dabo. Zarate showed glimpse of class but glimpses of immaturity as well. Pandev showed his class at times too but didn't deliver on the whole.

All in all, this line up worked very well but one word needs to be rammed down their throats; CLINICAL. We need to be clinical, bury our chances because even without LDS, we could have won this game. Did Fiorentina deserve to win? NO.

Wonderful performance by the players. Sad that we didn't get a point atleast...

I very much doubt that with 11 man on field we would've won. Moreover, I am sure we would've lost by a higher score. probably the only thing that drove our players to dom their best was the red card.

We're 11th now, and I am asking a very simple question: who is to blame? (don't give me such trap like we are unlucky or that God is a romanista).

This game pretty summed up the way things have been going on recently. Except that Zarate managed to miss exceed himself in the number of chances, and our defence has been doing a good job untill the 89th minute...

undeserved result.... De Silvestri can take all the blame. he made 2 stupid calls, especially the second. no reason to make that foul there.... Frey MoM no doubt... so sad... non mollare mai

but i am a big defiant of rossi but today he really dont have even a bit guilty & he did his job very good & even great, today i saw a real laziale & a good team, we must support this team they need only this.
rossi must go but not this time & bc of this game... maybe he must leave in end of season,

the only mistake of delio today was this decision that seat lich on the bench
& our defence was really good, i think if we played more time with Carrizo, lich, cribari, rozenhal & kolarov with them i think our problmed will gone, we only need & want from delio to play with them always to they can fix with each other & dont change every game defence

9 points behind the 6th place Roma. Basically, the season is over. And if we don't get to the Coppa Italia final, this is the WORST season for the last 10 years.

10 men and still pressing Fiorentina is something. i belive we only need our confidence back.
But second half i think we were a bit too defensive, and cant really did the counterattck quickly..
i dissapointed with the reult but feel positive for the team...

& absolutly zarate need a recovery in his moral, he really need to gain a goal after long time, he show that this in game, but his exceded like make him playing his self & wast aportunities, we really need a psychologist for him

We've done good. Im' proud of the lads. We could have rapped up the game in first half. Frey was brilliant.

We conceded by not closing down Mutu. Would have loved to see Dabo in the match. Cant really blame Rossi for opting for De Silvestri. Licht looked out of form in this match and didnt do half of what Brocchi was doing.
