Culio was at the same level, of course he caught my eye (2 goals against Roma helps) but he is too old, Dubarbier has youth on his side.

Looks like Lotito could turn to Sebastian Battaglia after the Dubarbier problems.

I actually think Battaglia would be a more useful signing.

Roberto Ayala could be the man for the defence.

Hmm, the way i'm reading it i think he means to get the most out of our own talents like Diakhite and maybe Mendicino! :)

I am totally against that , despite as you said that's a lot of money and also we need that kind of player. But I really don't want we to ruin the perfect understanding/partnership between Pandev - Rocchi.
If we could sell Makinwa and bring Jaquinta it would be perfect , or at least this is the perfect choice of a player for us I believe...

I would have no qualms about selling Rocchi. There's still games he can excel in, but for the future, I don't think selling him would be disastrous. Not for Crespo though, no way, although that is good money. For Iaquinta, yes, but there has been no speculation on that.

Makinwa's agent says the negotiations with Chievo have stalled:

It's another strange translation which appears to suggest that Lotito would like a lona deal because Makinwa is important to Lazio. That doesn't sound feasible. I'm guessing Claudio wants a sum of cash that Chievo are not willing to pay and shoul Lotito not get his money, I think he would then loan Makinwa out until he does get his money.

I think West Ham is his most likely destination. They're waiting to see what happens with Bellamy and I think a deal could be struck with them near the end of the month. Just a feeling.

We have been through the Rocchi issue before. I want Rocchi to stay, as i feel he is a very important player for us. Not only because he is our only box player of quality, but also because he is a player that can score that single goal that lands us a few points despite not having a very good game.

Also, I personally dislike Crespo to the fullest and to me he is the scum of all scums. If anytime, this is where lotitro should make a comment about old horses etc etc.

Us selling Rocchi seems like rumours without any truth to it. However, i am sure our beloved president would do anything for the right ampunt of money...and 10mil plus crespo might sound as a great deal to the idiot...

If Veron comes.... no need for any other midfielders.... or even players!!!!
