| Red Bull Salzburg should be much easier than it looks on paper. Levski will be tough enough and Villarreal will be going all out to win the whole tournament but they are not the team of last year for me, at least on paper.
An extremely progressable group and a winnable group at that too. We have to be confident.

| Hahahaha what are the chances of that? Only 2 Bulgarian teams in the draw and both end up playing a team from Rome each! Lazio and Levski in the same group! I'm happy and sad at the same time. Also riomma and CSKA in the same group. Again, what were the chances of that!!?? Villarreal will be tough, very tough. Salzburg are no pushovers either and Levski on their day can cause an upset. An interesting group but I feel good about it as well. I assume Villarreal are favorites - but I hope Lazio and Levski prevail! FORZA LAZIO! FORZA LEVSKI! | |

| Villarreal are very tuff, home and away, playing on their strenghts. Let's hope we meet them on game 6, like that they are already qualified and can we gain some points.
Salzburg are the national champs, so carefull, but Lazio on it's can beat them... twice.
Same for Levski, also champs.. so also carefull.

| When i look at the bottom 2 teams in each group, i can only count 4 that are easier than ours. So all in all, im pretty happy with our Group.
Now just awaiting the fixtures.

| This year a lot of Bulgaria vs Italy Levski are very predictable team IMO and Lazio should not have any problems with them if we are careful. Against Salzburg and Villareal very interesting games... | |

| All 3 Italian teams have a very good chance of progressing.
Everton got Benfica, AEK & BATE. The easiest group by a mile.

Everton got Benfica, AEK & BATE. The easiest group by a mile. I completely disagree although I know people are saying easy draw. Benfica are a far better team now than they have been for years. You only have to look at some of the names to know they're threat. BATE are a far better team than Levski and Red Bull in my opinion and AEK Athens are solid. If I'm brutally honest, I think we got the easy group; despite the fact some sites are calling it a group of death.

| I think L is tough. I think Bremen will reach atleast the Semi's.
Bilbao are a strong team.
Nacional knocked out Zenit.
Vienna are weak enough though.

| Dinamo Zagreb caught a very tough break.
Ajax, Anderlecht and Timisoara, just terrible. At least these are attractive names that will draw a crowd and ensure a decent cash flow.

No, not sarcasm. For real. I mean Red Bull salzburg knocked them out of CL, and now they have to play these three. And RBZ even in pot 4 while dinamo is in pot 3. Says a lot.

| Last night though, you said Ajax and Timisoara would be good teams to get from Pot 1 and 4 respectively and Anderlecht took a thumping from Lyon.
I think Timisoara could be tricky enough but surely you couldn't have hoped for much better considering Dinamo were in Pot 3?

I think Timisoara could be tricky enough but surely you couldn't have hoped for much better considering Dinamo were in Pot 3? For us yes, for Dinamo no. We have a different style of play than Dinamo, and would be better suited to face Ajax than them. As for Timisoara I don't think they have any European experience which is why I wanted them. Belgian and Dutch teams are tricky for Dinamo, when they start their fast play dinamo defense will be in a lot of trouble.

Belgian and Dutch teams are tricky for Dinamo, when they start their fast play dinamo defense will be in a lot of trouble. Well clarified, I wasn't thinking in or outside the box enough. I agree, it will be tough for them to progress but they have a chance. You have to hope Timisoara will bottle it and that Dinamo can cause the defensive problems Lyon did against Anderlecht.

Dinamo hasn't have to worry about anderlecht!theire defense is the weak point off anderlecht!if you have fast and fowerfull strikers Dinamo won't have a problem.

| Goal.com Italia analyses our Group and chances of finishing.
4th place: 0% 3rd place: 5% 2nd place: 95% 1st place: 70%
They see Levski as weaker than Elfsborg and Salzburg as known more for there name than football.
